It's nice but the pool needs to be cleaned better because I saw some bugs and and small wrappers.

Also I LOVE during the evening they give small shows and people dancing and activities as well

Staff is bilingual (speaks more than 1 language) and kind

8o something degrees, lots rays, place is very tidy, clean, beautiful beach miles long.
Young children seem to enjoy the pools, its the only thing I can contribute to all the scratching and crying when parents want to leave.
Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Only negative would be problem getting a coffee in the morning. One coffee shop and lots people crammed into a small room can be difficult to handle on the morning.

Beau resort, très propre, belles grandes chambres, bien équipé avec séchoir à cheveux. Plusieurs restos, beaux choix de repas. Beau choix au déjeuné, belle grande piscine avec tout plein de chaises longues confortables et neuves pour tout le monde. La plage est superbe. Pas de grosses vagues. Beaucoup de plaisirs. Hôtel avec enfants.

I was there last week and found the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is good and on the beach. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool. There were kids in adult pool and not sure if they clean it.

My family and I went here and we loved it! The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and the views were great. If I had to say one thing bad it would be the music they play at meal times but this hotel was great and I plan on going back!

Great place. People are very friendly. Food is good. Beach vendors are annoying a bit, but the beach is amazing Great nature - very green and lush. Chinchirins are funny - trying to steal food.

Excellent resort. The staff are awesome and overly accommodating. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean. The pool and other amenities are beautiful. They keep the entertainment fresh, and provide good activities for the kids.

No me hospede. Pero no me quedaría. No luce lujoso, ni interesante hotel. No, me quedaría en este hotel.

OKAY rooms. Food is horrible. There's absolutely nothing to do at night. If you wake up in the middle of the night or are out late and come back hungry, you're going to stay hungry because there's ZERO food or room service after 11pm.

Outstanding resort. Friendly happy staff, good food, fun entertainment, spotlessly clean, lovely beach. Coming back soon as possible

Este resort es excelente. Es hermoso, cómodo, muy aseado, cuenta con mucho personal y muy pero muy amable. Restaurantes de muy buen nivel. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy bonitas. Piscinas maravillosas y la playa con todas las comodidades para disfrutar el día. Con todo esto aún quedo corta con las bondades de este resort.
