Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and resort was very covid safety conscious.

Terrible service. No internet unless you upgrade. Partial internet in the lobby. Left the samr night. Room had a weird smell.

Las opciones de comidas son muy pocas, había que hacer una fila enorme para el bufete y cuando al fin llegabas quedaba poco que comer, los snaks son las cosas que sobran de la comida. Lo único bueno que nos pudimos llevar fue el buen trato de los colaboradores, muy serviciales y atentos. Pero el menú y la poca variedad dejaron mucho que desear.

So I've been to a few Sunscape properties and this one was by far the least impressive. We upgraded to Sun Club so I can't imagine what the standard accommodations look like. The beds should be burned, and the food was mediocre at best. The resort needs a complete overhaul and update.not just fresh paint. HOWEVER THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. Any property would be lucky to have employees like Yarkeli, Norberto and Carlos. The attentiveness to address the myriad of issues was fantastic and the only thing taking what could have been a 2 start review to a 3 star.

Hermoso hotel. Confortable. Trato agradable del personal. Linda pileta amplia y limpia. El mar con aguas tibias y paisaje muy lindo.

CONS
- bed sheets haven't been changed for the whole week after they "claim" that it gets changed everyday. We knew they weren't changed because we saw the same green marker stain on the sheet. After we complained, they haven't done anything or made the effort to give us brand new sheets. Just be aware they don't change the sheets for the full stay so keep your bed clean
- after room service came to clean the room, she forgot to provide us with towels so we had to use our dirty beach towels. We wanted to call front desk to get the towels but the phone line was not working. They informed us they needed to get someone up to the room to but no one came
- there was NO hot water for the full 7 days. I had to take a shower in freezing cold water. They told me someone would come up to fix it, but again no one came
- sink clogs quickly
- I requested for a king bed but due to lack of availability, they put the two beds together
- DANIA at the front desk was not helpful
- they played the same music at the beach disco every night

I gave the resort a 4 star because you get what you paid for. Despite the issues with the room, it did not ruin our vacation since we were barely in our room throughout the stay

We had a very enjoyable vacation. Staff were wonderful and although busy we were always able to find chairs by the pool or beach. We had some picky eaters but managed to cope and there was always plenty of food options

Sunvlub guest, stayed in the sun club junior suite building 14.204. The room is large has a sitting room with sofa two arm chats and a dining table. The bed is in it's own room, both rooms has a flat screen TV. A super large balcony with a small table and two chairs double sinks in the bathroom with rain shower, always had lots of towels every day and if they forgot something they got it for you right away. Monica was our services our room each day, we left her 5 us dollars and a bag of dollar store candy each day for a thanks for taking such great care of us. The sun club area has a bar and small pool, we don't drink so we didn't hang around there but it was always people around there. I didn't see the other rooms so I don't know how they look. I found the junior suite to be a little big for us so were going to look at a superior suite in the sun club to see what it looks like, the only thing I know is that it only has one sink compared to the junior suite with two. The beach is ok the guys clean the sea weed off the sunscape beach each day, the sun club area is under the trees on the beach and only has chairs no beds like a lot of resorts but it's ok. They have a security guard at the sun club area to keep out the sellers. There's always chairs there, for sun club guest you get your beach towel from the sun club lounge and it's a different color from the regular towels you get from the towel hut. If you walk up the beach for 20 minutes or so you come upon a local market, the people want you to look in their shops as in any country but their not pushy, we walked in looked and when we left said thank you and they thanked you back, remember if you want to buy something don't pay the price bring them down. There's another small mall down the way from the resort to the right, it safe it's a two minute walk. Food on the resort is good lots of different items to order at the restaurants and a good mix at the buffet. The coffee shop is great, we go there after our lunch and dinner. Entertainment well the dancers are good but I was figuring to see different people not just the entertainment team. Main pool area was great always had setting.the pool is large much better then any I've been to.always food somewhere. Overall the resort is worth coming to, I'd check out the other rooms before upgrading to sun club but for me we love the idea of getting the perks. Our next vacation is going to be Costa Rica and we will check out sunscape there to see what they offer. I hope this helped with you decision remember read lots of reviews, some people may have had a bad experience so check things out for yourself. One more thing we used sunwing and their flight don't leave Halifax until 440 PM and get here at 830 at night. Transat leaves at 11an and gets here at 430.

Love it so far! People are nice, accommodating and genuinely friendly. It had everything you need and HBO for Game of Thrones

Excelente servicio al cliente en todas las áreas del hotel sin excepciones, muy higiénicas, cómodas y bastante amplias las habitaciones, mucha variedad de comidas en el buffet, tiene varios restaurantes a la carta, dos inmensas piscinas, solo veo negativo el parqueo, caben pocos vehículos, después, todo es excelente.

Excelente, muy lindo, bastante grande, mucha variedad de comida en todo el sentido de la palabra y muy buena, maravillosas atenciones de todo el personal sin excepción, precio accesible, solo negativo tiene el hotel los parqueos, son pocos y uno bastante lejos de las habitaciones, después de eso todo perfecto

Buenas opciones gastronómicas, un lugar super acogedor, un servicio al cliente bueno pero muy aburrido los shows y para colmo dure 4 dias y ninguno de los programas en la playa o en la piscina se cumplieron, no jugaron voley, no ejercicios y asi

Loved this hotel, big clean rooms, several restaurants to choose from, staff exceptionally helpful, right on the beach, on a gated complex with security at gates, not far from town centre which is a must to visit, would definitely come back here.

Fue agradable, el personal es amable, buen servicio. No me gustó que en el área VIP no se asepta niños pero en el área familiar esta también junto el área para fumar, eso no me gustó que se fume al lado o casi encima de los niños.
