64Had the worst Vacation room every. The pictures are not the rooms you will get.see my review on trip advisor.
Their sales tactics are to hold you hostage, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER THEY WILL CONSTANTLY CALL TO HARASS YOU!
DO NOT buy membership, TOTAL SCAM. I unfortunately invested 100k+ for Share Holder membership and still cannot get a villa.
TOTAL JOKE. The all inclusive rates continue to go up, not affordable vacation.
Getting a golf cart will no doubt ruin your day as they never have any.
Making reservations is a nightmare, they don't respond and act like they are doing you a favor when they do respond.
STAY AWAY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Service as a hotel and a resort it's really poor of 7 days vacations that I had I spent at least 5 in costumer services I am a member of this place for almost 3 years and this place instead getting a better service is getting every time worst also you can get a week vacation in this hotel on Groupon for half of the price that my family and I paid for the week being a member, definitely it's ridiculous
