Para ser un complejo exclusivo, el mismo no está habilitado restaurant, se debe movilizar hacia los demás complejos para desayunar, comer, etc. El precio elevado para los servicios que ofrece, las habitaciones son cómodas y bonitas, solo cuenta con una piscina dentro del complejo, se tiene acceso a las demás piscina de los demás complejos de la cadena!

La habitación está excelente! Es amplia tiene sala, comedor, baño y balcon.

El restaurante Italiano es malo hay un calor que no se soporta ya que debajo esta la lavandería y es un sauna mas que un restaurante.
Las atenciones son de muy baja calidad solo algunos son amables y no tratan de hacer sentir cómodos a los comensales, imagino por el calor sofocante que tienen los mismos y deben estar estresados por la vestimenta.

Queda lejos de toso, del show, del Bufet, de la playa. Etc para poder moverte de un lado a otro debes esperar un bus del complejo que te lleve a los puntos que deseas ir.

En definitiva no fue satisfactoria la experiencia en esta parte del hotel.

Beautiful resort, the entertainment could be taken up a notch. The beach is nice, cabanas with the 2 levels are a great touch. The staff was always friendly and even found an item I left in the room and got it to me before we left. The ATV tour they set up was great, don't wear you best clothes you will get muddy.

Well it wasn't what I expected, first things first, WiFi today is very necessary, they use that for there capitol gain. No free WiFi in the room, and only one spot by the beach where you can get free WiFi, but it hardly works. Now if you pay $60 you can get wiFi, but I don't know how well it works, for I refuse to pay $60. Now the service is very good, everyone is kind, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The food depending where you go was okay. The rooms big problem. Old furniture, cold water in shower. First room ceiling was leaking, with other issues. Refused to stay there Changed room a little better, but the floor was always wet in the entrance. But we upgrade to a Villa, now we are enjoying ourselves.

Liked it enough to invest in Lifestyle Vacations Club. Have now been 5 times, with family and friends! Lots of places to eat, great beaches, great service. Recommend the Crown and Royal Villas if you are party of 4 to 14. …!

Great place with good food entertainment and drink but stay away from timeshare salesmen. The work people are very pleasant.

Very large resort, which takes a while to navigate. Free shuttle service offered. The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were all super friendly. Food was excellent, with choices for everyone. A fun time.

Make your restaurant reservations early they book up fast. Ocean has great lobster and intimate is exactly that. Only about 9 tables entire reasturant and amazing view

Rooms and food suck. Get ready for the classic timeshare sales pitch. I got a bargain at $99/werk and"20/day for all inclusive and it was barely worth it.

Place is lovely, they get 4 out 5 on the facility.they just need to work on their customer service. Their internal communication is seriously lacking. You end up spending hours trying to resolve problems that could have just taken some one an email to resolve. Other than that the food was great and the internal staff were always very courteous

The Residential Suites G21 was cat lovers paradise. Could not sit outside unless the cats sat in your lap. We complained no use. The cats always returned. The bedrooms we're fine.

Truly a great experience. Hats off to the staff. I felt like I was with family. Have been home only a few days and can still hear the ocean waves.

I won't go back to Puerto plato because of this resort.also needs to update that nightclub smells like mildew and is a joke.food was bad had to go out on the town to get a decent meal and alcohol!

The staff was excellent, great food, and very relaxing. Karim in VIP services went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was more than we could have imagined!

I wouldn't give it a 1 star!
My wife and I put in for a villa months ago and got a confirmation that everything was set.
Two days before our plane was to arrive at POP they called and said they couldn't give use the villa. We had our tickets and couldn't cancel the flight so we had to go.
We fought with them and the customer service didn't care. We ended up in a one bedroom room.
Stay away from this place.nothing but liars and only want your money.

Enjoyed stay and resort. Only issue was open restaurants where cats were common place when eating. Although I do not have a problem with cats, I would have preferred restaurants with closed doors and windows to deter from cats, especially around seafood restaurants. Unsanitary to have cats scurry around while eating.

It sucks! Never get what you bought! Every time try to get you to upgrade. Why? If the current cannot even be maintained well!
