Es muy lindo lugar pero muchas escaleras el servicio no me agrado tanto osea de algunos restaurantes algunos son 100%amabilidad

Resort ok. But I think their standards are to Americanized. Poor, middle class, and wealthy. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. I will not return. The people working are very good at what they do. Kind, caring. I think that their pay should be more. Great people.

Took a 7 day all inclusive vacation at the location in Puerto Plata Dominican Republic and it was awesome! The staff is absolutely AMAZING.your every need will be attended to. The massive resort is immaculately maintained and very, very clean. You will enjoy multiple restaurants with plenty of delicious food options, bars, pool areas, cabanas on the beach and so much more. Oh, and there are peacocks too! If a staff member on a golf cart approaches you and says they are going to take you around to see all of the areas you have access to depending on your wrist band just know you will end up being taken to the place where they try to sell you a membership. Not a big deal but if you're not wanting to go that route politely decline the offer. Really the membership options may be worth it for those who frequently take vacations abroad.

Fue una experiencia muy desagradable, lo primero que pasó fue que me cobraron más dinero de lo acordado, ya dentro del hotel un pésimos servicios, el aseo en las habitaciones lo realizan muy tarde la comida es muy común y para rematar hubo uno de los empleados que nos dejó votado en la playa sin darnos las orientaciones pertinente de como regresar al hotel.

Great resort, actually its on the top of my list. We will definitely be returning. Amazing staff and clean grounds, with so many choices of pools and restaurants OMG!

I was ROBBED! At this place it was horrible, staff accused me of stealing towels from the room, I was horrified and embarrassed as they spoke nasty and rude to me in front of other guest. I literally caught a panic attack and cried as I left the resort I was forced to pay 25.00 dollars for towels I would never take from any hotel so embarrassing please save yourselves and go to a better location

Good service for the most part. Lots of walking with lots of steps and hills. Very difficult for people with physical limitations. It is a very large resort and it is necessary to take shuttles to get almost anywhere in the resort. If you are not a VIP member you don't have access to many amenities (certain beaches, coffee shop, bars, or certain things on the menu). Employees were very friendly and helpful. Least favorite restaurant was the Blue Lagoon because the seafood was overcooked and not very good. Our favorite ones were the Rodizio, Moonlight, Trapiche Paradise. We loved the food at the Indochine but the service was not very good and it took a very long time to get our food (1/2 hour until appetizers and an hour until we got our main course). Casablanca was good for the buffet but so was El Pilon. The maids, front desk staff and wait staff were very friendly.

We came to the resort on on all-exclusive day pass excursion from a Carnival ship. On arrival we secured a 16’ x 16’ shaded Cabana surrounded by cushioned seating and king size bed and provided with 5 beach towels and 4 pillows. Before we could even get settled our attentive waitress, Estephanie, brought us Long Island Tea, conch fritters and sandwiches with fries. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

Hermoso lugar donde te relajas, algo que modificar no hay wifi libre. Tienes que pagar diariamente por ese servicio al igual que la caja fuerte

Nice clean beaches. The resort has great restaurants, shows & many more things to do. The staff is nice always ready to help if needed. Try it you will like it.

Quiero decir que fui a este increíble hotel, confiando en un comentario que vi aquí mismo, por eso decidí ir con mi esposa y de verdad, no me arrepiento, fueron unos días inolvidables! Servicios, comodidad, excelente comida, restaurantes a la carta, todo en absoluto muy buen lugar! Lo recomiendo!

I would rate this resort a 5 star but these stairs here is a killer with No elevator. My toilet was having issues along with My shower. The staff is very polite. They're remodeling and it need some touching up, but give it until next year after Covid I think they will be okay. They still need ramps for people with disabilities.

This is another wonderful vacation timeshare and membership program. The facility offers many pools and dining options. You should not be disappointed. But with Covid-19 every aspect of vacationing is being challenged.

I really liked the attention of the guests, the only 2 things I didn't like was the fact that we had to wait for a bus all the time. Other thing is they don't have a lot of vegetarian options. If you are vegetarian.

The usual issues happened. The power fluctuated so the clocks needed to be reset. The toilet failed and overflowed. A few other small issues with the A/C not adjusting so it was very cold until maintenance adjusted it. Each issue was addressed promptly but it is clear that the site has not implemented a preventative maintenance program. Issues are only fixed after they occur and are reported by the guest. The facilities are generally nice. The food is reasonable the staff attentive, and the bars are plentiful. Don't expect the level of equipment quality of a five star hotel and you won't be disappointed. Similar to time share visits, you will be given a hard sell to join the"vacation club". Be prepared!

Great resort with numerous dining options, pools, beaches, and entertainment. Stayed at the Royal Villas - the experience was fantastic!

Lifestyles disappointed me. I paid for 4 Individuals but only 2 persons checked in as 2 had life events that kept them from being able to attend. Lifestyle Did Not reimburse me for the no-shows, they asked me during check in if they would come later and I replied No! Lifestyles is also allowing the locals (not staff on days off) to use the facilities on the weekends.   This experience was awful! It seemed like a herd of captuve elephants escaped,  very loud, rude and dirty. There were cups, paper, straws and other objects floating in the pools and everywhere. If there was one child there were 12 CHILDREN They ambushed you in shuttle transportation lines and buffet lines, especially any station serving meat. They overwhelmed your staff who seemed to work until they might faint.   Chaos and confusion is what they caused in all Buffets and the quality and quantity of food items seemed poor during their stay! As members of Lifestyle,   RCI, Hilton and others we PAY for these Private resorts and the maintenance and up keep. Allowing ill-mannered native individuals on to these resort grounds on the weekends is an insult to your members! After conversations with various ones on the weekend I discovered the local saying is "Come with Fork! " After check out they held hostage all your private Cabanas with their suitcases and hang out in the pool areas until around 3 PM. Then they changed clothes inside the Cabanas. Around 4 PM on Sunday as I surveyed your property grounds I found destruction everywhere and litter everywhere including in the pools and jacquezs and very exhausted looking staff members.   By Monday morning till Monday evening the cleaning up never ended in these areas! Shame on Lifestyles for being so greedy at the expense of the members financial costs and timeshare costs. It ruins the start of what should be a relaxing Vacation! The room ceiling tiles on PS99 & PS97 all need replacing.   The cooler in PS99 did not cool anything.   We never received our plate of fruit and cheese. The shower heads in both rooms needs to be cleaned of the lime buildup which causes the shower water to spray in every direction but straight onto the person under the showerhead! But what sucked the most was the lack of quality that you sell on your members. No Live Celebration show with food and entertainment,   you have now down graded to bar entertainment for the CHILDREN? With Mickey and Minnie Mouse present. Children at a Bar should never be allowed! Your menus at the restaurants contain Lobster dishes and I attended three of them and there was NO Lobster served at any of them. Why was it left on the menu? I had the first seating at 6: 30 PM for all meals for 6 evenings. Your French Jazz Restaurant at the Presidential was dirty. The crown molding around the walls has never been cleaned and the ceiling on the upper west side had a brown colored stain that dripped down the wall. It looks like someone threw food up there and allowed it drip down towards seating against the wall. The quality of the food was poor for some items such as olive selection was small and limited.   Your Blue Lagoon Seafood Restaurant lacks Seafood options! How is this possible? Mostly bean and meat items taste the best. I found your seafood served bland or salty. Grouper on the menu? I know Lifestyles can be more refined. And you owe me a refund for the two unattended persons! I see no reason for that money to cover the losses of allowing ill-mannered Natives on your weekends!
