LHVC Resorts Residence Suites

Acabo de regresar de allí hace una semana. He estado aquí 3 veces en el pasado y me encantó. Es mi lugar al que ir para relajarme porque la playa es perfecta.
Conseguí una oferta de todo incluido. Fue malo la cuarta vez. No sirven bebidas en la zona vip hasta las 10 de la mañana ni café. La playa ahora no tiene sillas de playa a lo largo de la playa porque ahora es una playa pública.no mencionan esto en su sitio web. Así que ya no puedes disfrutar de la playa como en 2017. No desayuno, pero fui allí de vacaciones y disfruté de mis bebidas, así que quería mis bebidas con sombrilla todo incluido, pero no abrieron hasta las 10 a.m. O incluso las 11 a.m. Días. El bar de sushi abrió a las 12 del mediodía en la zona vip que solía abrir a las 10 de la mañana. El restaurante Blue Lagoon era mi favorito y solían comer langosta, pero ya no. Además, el restaurante chino era tan malo que el ramen era sopa de pollo con fideos. El desayuno Coffressi era una tostada horrible, todo quemado. El restaurante mexicano patatas fritas viejas y rancias con guacamole. La presentación es la PEOR parte. Te hacen ir allí. Y cuando no quieres comprar te tratan mal. El chico de la presentación me preguntó si podía venir a mi habitación y darme un masaje. Porque fui allí solo para relajarme, él tuvo la audacia de invitarse a mi habitación. ¡¡¡Me horroricé! No puedo creer cómo este lugar, que alguna vez fue increíble, se fue derrumbando.

Fui aquí de vacaciones con la familia. Y la comida es el mismo desayuno. El almuerzo y la cena no tienen ningún sabor en la comida. Por tanto dinero para quedarse. Necesita mejor gusto o chefs. El recorrido que te dan es de 3 hrs aunque digas que no. Una vez que te vas, no son tan agradables como entraste. No hay nada especial en este complejo. Las únicas dos cosas que puedo decir que valieron la pena fue la playa vip que incluye un jacuzzi y Rodizio.

Mientras estoy aquí, me pregunto cómo este lugar tiene una calificación tan alta. No es posible que la mayoría de la gente le dé a este lugar entre 4 y 5 estrellas. La comida es mala aparte de su Tex-mex. Muchas bebidas realmente malas harán que tu estómago se sienta fatal. El personal es miserable y mata el ambiente. El lugar no es muy moderno ni estético. Las piscinas cierran a las 17: 30 horas. Las habitaciones no están selladas, así que me desperté con moscas que cubrían toda mi habitación. El personal de recepción no habla muy bien el inglés, por lo que no puede comunicar los problemas de la habitación. Sin mencionar que te obligan a realizar este largo y aburrido recorrido por el restaurante en tu segundo día y luego intentan que compres un tiempo compartido. ¿Por qué debería comprar? Muéstrame algo que valga la pena comprar. El guía turístico conducía tan rápido en el carrito de golf que pensé que me iba a caer. La gente siempre está tratando de venderte algo, así que ten cuidado con cualquier miembro del personal que sea amable. O están intentando venderte algo o te van a pedir una propina.

Hospedada en el tropical.este. Me dan ganas de llorar, porque para el check in 3 horas de espera, las habitaciones otra vez a mi y a mi familia de las peores porque la ducha inundó la habitación, sin aire, caluroso, con huéspedes alados encima siendo all inclusive.no puedo ni tenemos derecho a hacer reservas a los restaurantes con 3 noches cuando se hacían con 2 noches, me deja con sabor a centavo de cobre.que trato en verdad el corazón roto porque van 2 veces que sucede.ha dolido muchísimo.la cena.dejó mucho que desear porque todo el menú giró en las papas, no somos chinos!

Muy mala experiencia. Estuvimos aquí hace 4 años y fue agradable. Así que este año vamos de nuevo. Muy mala decisión. Una de las habitaciones tenía el techo casi derrumbado y goteaba agua. El otro mal aire acondicionado. Después de ir un par de veces al lobby, no pasó nada con las habitaciones (no arregladas). La comida era regular todo envuelto en plástico. La playa era el mejor lugar del resort. Pero hasta desde la playa te persiguen a las 17: 45. Luego ir a la piscina y otra vez ahuyentado a las 6: 45 pm. Todos los bares cerraron a la hora. No hay vida nocturna excepto el casino que está abierto hasta las 2 am. Los compatriotas gastan su dinero en otra parte. Tantos buenos resorts diferentes.

Joanna fue la mejor representante de servicio al cliente. Siempre fue servicial y agradable. Se merece un aumento, especialmente por tener que tratar con algunos invitados.

Las habitaciones de la residencia son muy decepcionantes, necesitan ser actualizadas. Los muebles de la sala son de cemento con cojines viejos, las camas se sienten como si estuvieras durmiendo en el piso y el área de la piscina necesita ser actualizada y limpia y ni siquiera puedes usar la piscina hasta las 7: 00 p.m. Cómo es que cuando estás de vacaciones tropicales no recomiendo este lugar para nada. La única vez que te mostrarán atención si están tratando de venderte uno de sus paquetes.

Everything was superb at this resort, from the service, accommodations, and food. My room was cleaned daily by Anitia, who kept it spotless. Our concierge, Fanny tended to our every need as soon as a request was made. I highly recommend this resort. Looking forward to returning in the future!

This by far is the worst resort I have ever been to and I have traveled and stayed at many resorts. The customer service is awful and unfriendly. The food was awful and the visitors have been the most rude people I have ever met. Thankfully I was with great friends that made this week bearable. I have never wanted to go home so bad from a vacation until I visited this resort.

I have stayed at the Lifestyle Tropical and Confresi beach resorts before but this was my first time at the Residence Suites. I was happy with the room size. It included a nice big balcony, living room & kitchenette, bathroom (stand-up shower) and king bed in bedroom. While clean the decor is out dated. All in all it needed some work (crack in mirror, futon in living room had such a old cushion it was hard to sit on, covers on couch were covered in a very coarse almost wool like fabric, certain spots throughout the space had been painted over time and time again among a few other issues.) On a positive note it was quiet and not as busy as other areas, shuttle offered quick and easy access around and came every 10 to 15 min, pool was clean and always had chairs available, there was also a small restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and at night a la cart italian dining, pack and play crib was offered for our baby and was actually new and clean, mini bar was restocked daily and staff were friendly and accommodating. I would say this is definitely a good option but not to expect a modern fancy room. You have access to other areas throughout the Lifestyle complex including vip Beach, pools, restaurants etc.

Very nice location with numerous resort settings. Great and friendly staff always smiling. Surroundings are clean and require shuttles to get around. Entertainment is good and quite entertaining.

All the one star reviews are true. Would not recommend this place. Service is among the worst I’ve experienced on any hotel (I have traveled to 35+ countries in the world), the infrastructure is outdated and poorly upkept, and wifi truly is not functional (I’m talking lower speeds than 3G and that’s only when it works). When I talk about poor service I truly mean it: while they have an army of waiters at every restaurant, they go out of their way to not serve you - you have to wave both arms above your head to get anyone’s attention and when they finally come to you, they seem to get annoyed about any asks. This gets worse at the VIP beach where there’s 2 waiters for about 50 chairs so you need to get your own drinks at the bar (spoiler alert, there’s normally only 1 bartender at any given point).

They have a “casino” which has a total of ~10 slots machines and no tables. The slot machines only take dollars (not even playing tickets the same machine prints out) and when you want to cash out, they round down to the nearest dollar (so, if you have $7.99 in a ticket, you will get $7 back - even if you have several tickets adding up to more than a full dollar). Zero signs posted about this and when you ask the staff about this practice they just laugh on your face.

Beyond the hotel, the views are nice and the beach is clean with calm, not-too-cold water. There’s a cable car in town that gives you a nice view of the bay and gives an opportunity to take nice pics (but will take ~40 min to get up since the car only takes ~15 people at a time).

Full disclosure: This was my first (and probably last) time in the DR. Maybe this is how all hotels in the DR are, but overall I would recommend going elsewhere.

The location is in a deserted, boring Place away from all the fun and action. The rooms are antiquated and old, and the beds are hard and uncomfortable, causing back pain. Multiple complaints have been made about this location.

The worst resort I have ever been to! Took my family there for thanksgiving 2022, we booked as family they give us rooms away from each other like different buildings! They try to force us to get the VIP so we can be in the Same building! Showers leaking! Beds and pillows so hard and uncomfortable, there is 4 resorts all together in one area, you have to wait for the shuttle to take to a places (every 20 min) you have to tip to get espresso coffee or sparkling water! Food is Trash, we got sick twice, customers service was terrible! I would give 0 stars sorry not sorry!

Chambre neuve mais certaines sont vieilles. Gens accueillant. Mer quelconque mais tranquille

First time would highly recommend this location but be aware that's it's not for people who have a hard time walking staff is professional, courteous, helpful
One of the best food service yet, drinks are done well and rooms are very clean

Stayed for 2 days on a comfortable penthouse surrounded with pool view and gather with family in one of the villages within. Some of them need upgrade. Personnel very pleasant.
