Had an amazing time! The entertainment staff are great, especially Pinky. The food is really good and the beach party was super fun

Superb customer service, nice grounds, good beach, not a loud place. Great for a relaxing vacations, adults only.

Spent a week here it was ok. Disappointed with the fact that you only had 2 to 3 choices for dinner when they advertise 5. The resort was clean but the rooms need updating.

Adult Only Hotel, Buffet not that great, A La Carte Restaurant included in resort All Inclusive packages and not bad. Mostly seniors, older couples, can be fun depending on how you make it. People's A game on hustling.

It's was amazing. Soo clean. Everyone was so friendly. Food was delicious. Drinks perfect. Beach clean and beautiful.

Very nice place, good and friendly service, clean rooms and good room service, food was great and nice variety. Only drawback to me was the condition of the beach should be cleaned every day and remove all the seaweed that accumulates. They have a nice workout area and a spa is available. Used room service numerous times and it was quick abd very timely.

Very good resort food is excellent people are friendly, the animation people work there make you laugh. The room very comfortable and spacious the reason My recommendation is that they need to have more drawers for the clothes but you have space to put it. The chef Trejo make excellent food and friendly and make sure you are satisfied.:) good vacation. Peter pan is very professional person and funny. I highly recommend this resort.

We arrived late afternoon. Nothing open to get something to eat.we walked to other end of resort they just closed. Only 2 of the restaurant we're open most of the time.
One ran out of Mexican food.
Very misleading on the advertised service.
Room not stocked.
Some restaurants only open maybe once a week. The one we wanted to eat at only opened the night we left.we we're there 6 days

The service is amazing. And the place is very clean. The people who work here make it an amazing experience. Bad things might happen but they are out of their control. Highly recommended

Staff was friendly, some bartenders mix drinks better then others, beach is about a 5min walk. Overall was a great experience.

The staff is amazing. The food is really good. 5 restaurants with a good variety of food You have to walk 3 minutes to the beach. Everyrhing is close safe and clean.

Excellent hotel, excellent rooms (hot water, amenities, air conditioner, balcony, mini bar), the food is awesome they have 5 restaurants (buffet, Mexican food, Italian food, Dominican and fusion) the staff is so kind, kids are not allowed here.

Nice staff. Friendly service. Cool environment. Good entertainment. However the rooms are not up to par. Patio doors has no locks. No facial tissues available anywhere except for sale in the gift shop. So please don't get the sniffles. WiFi. Ha! Worse than dial-up. One morning water went from about 0630 to 0800hrs. That was interesting indeed.

Nice small ressort, good food but not many choices, entertainement good but i have seen better; people very kind and pleasant, they do the best to accomodate every client; nexux excursions bad, take someone else or go private

We arrived at a the resort by a group of wounderful staff workers greet with a smile cool rag and a cool refreshing drink. It is a beautiful place to relax and just enjoy what all the resort has to offer. The live shows at night we're great and the food and drinks was fantastic. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the stay at v heaven.

Caribbean woman - Came here alone it was amazing! I’m still here btw lol I leave on Tuesday.

Whatever you do, don’t trust the photographs. This place was dirty, the air conditioning in our room was broken and our sheets were damp and smelled terrible. On top of having a terrible room the service was horrible as well. Whenever we had an issue the staff was rude and even hung up on us a few times. I was really disappointed in the resort as well as the Travel Agency (Travel by Jen) it’s all a joke and not worth your money. Never going back.

One of my favourite vacations! The food is amazing, the staff are engaging and entertaining, the beach is beautiful.
