Tengo para decir que soy miembro de aquí pero no vale la pena pagar tu dinero donde no te dan los beneficios que te dicen al principio y vengo aquí por los empleados que son tan atentos y te brindan un excelente servicio pero la administración es un engaño vengan y se darán de cuenta.att yo

Excelentes habitaciones, el problema radica en el concepto V, I, P no es la mejor atención, las bebidas premium brillan por su ausencia y la información y orientación deben mejorarse por que el primer día estas totalmente perdido. Además deben dar un carrito de transporte o quitar el nombre VIP.

Aun estoy en el lugar me encantó la habitación lo único que no me gusto es que esta todo un poco lejos hay que esperar mucho y aparte en recepción tube una situación con la reservacion ya que las habitaciones las distriyeron mal.

This was by far the worst vacation experience ever. The effort in service is determined by the color wrist band one wears. Wasting money here is not worth it, one will waste the same amount of $$$ in Vegas. Here you experience tourist traps and stress. Go to Cancun instead where service is well given and attended. People here do the bare minimum in service and are bothered when you ask them. Beware people bothering you (salesman at the spa, souvenir salesman at the beach etc.), all look for quick hustle for overpriced merchandise, not even the cost here in the states.

I enjoyed this resort for the most part. There were way more people on vacation than I expected but the trip was enjoyable. This resort is expansive and offers alot depending on which band you have. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Make sure to bring change for tipping the staff. The resort does try to get you to sit through a presentation for different memberships at the resort. There are several restaurants throughout the resort and many of them need reservations so keep that in mind. The room I had was spacious, had a balcony, a jacuzzi, and walk in shower. My room had a cooler instead of a refrigerator so you can only use it for beverages. Overall good experience.

Im 50/50 on this hotel. The rooms are amazing. Roomy, well kept, clean and amazing views. The “all inclusive food” is nothing more than bad school lunch line items — both buffets and “good luck signing up” restaurants! To sign up for a specialty restaurant you have to be at the lobby between 9-11am — if you’re doing a tour or excursión you’re out of luck. LOL. The drinks are a joke— I noticed all the people we flew in with purchasing cases of alcohol at the airport’s duty free… I see why. Spare yourself the “hangover” from cheap liquor pick up some liquor of your choice.

Overall, this resort is okay. Could use some maintenance and fumigation. The rooms are filled with ants, and there are holes in the walls made by diffrent animals. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, and maintained well. The staff are friendly, and approachable. Everything is all inclusive, which is a plus. But the drinks tend to be watered down a bit, and cheap alcohol is used.
The resort has other suites available, and offers different membership packages. Upon arrival you will be asked to "upgrade" you're stay.for a fee.

Pésimas atenciones. Mi hermana tubo un accidente y se cayo con agua derramada saliendo de la cocina del restaurant Blue Lagoone sin ninguna señalizacion, en su último día de estadía. Le dijeron que como salía ese día no podían hacer nada. Ahora se le arruinarn sus vacaciones, debe usar una bota para inmobilizar el pie.

The staff was very nice food was good mostly buffet wasn't the greatest the drinks were horrible the liquor was very water Down! To the point where it didn't taste like liquor if you got some straight there is no beach to relax in front of the beach is really Rocky the main reason I will never return my whole family was on the 4 out of the 7days we were there

We were less than impressed in some aspects.and others we were pleased.

The staff was a mixed bag.about 1 out of 2 people we spoke to were not customer service oriented at all. The food was mediocre at the buffets and the wait times to get someone to help you was at times, too long.

The dinners and the pools available were the highlights for sure. It was a serious disappointment that there were only 2 unique dinner options each night though and they seemed to be on rotation rather than going through each of the options.it would have been nice to try one of the ones we wanted to try. (Indian / Brazilian)

The room had its own issues, but you get what you pay for. Mostly was just disappointed with how uncomfortable the bed was and how thin the walls were, so hearing the neighbors and golf carts driving by after 11 pm or so was a bit of a bother.

Spent 18K on a VIP membership two years ago (member 40855)
Can’t even get a golf cart or a bottle of champagne in our room on our wedding anniversary night!

You’ve been warned! Stay away from this place unless you like throwing money away

Well if I was paying attention to all the comments I would enjoy this place, is wonderful very quiet, very nice person all the workers are very attempt definitely I will be back, and that guy at the from desk CARLOS THE BEST I forgot the name of the tall girl she is very nice

Kids aren’t able to swim in the same pool as adults you need a reservation for all the restaurants and the buffet food was not good at all wouldn’t recommend to a family

It could be great however it needs work. The employees need to be a little more hospitable. The resort needs updating and some TLC. Their beach is very rough and rocky. It's good but not great. Caveat emptor

If you looking for a resort that has everything you need I would say this place has it all if you do the presidente VIP you can go to the other resorts as part of your package eating nice places as well as others banquet that's on the property yeah but golf cart so you never need to move your car unless you leaving off the compound

Es lo más espectacular en belleza en atención en distribución aca no presisas nada mas que buena predisposicion a pasarla genial

Bueno que puedo decir presidenta suites que es algo espectacular que es un sueño y que lo pase genial y muy bien atendidos

Really bad service people are really rude also the offer you something and went you get there is something also, I pay for time share with them and went I tried to book the gave a really hard time I not recommend to anyone to buy the time share with them the food is not good if you don’t have a time share they don’t let you use they beach

My favorite rooms! Love having the living area and separate bedroom. We have gone with family & kids and it's a great set up. But it's far from the beach & rest of resort so you need a cart
