Presidential Suites By Lifestyle - All Inclusive

Para ser honesto, a este complejo no le importa si mueres. Mi padre sufrió un infarto en la propiedad y pasó tres noches en la UCI del hospital local. Solicitamos una excepción para conseguirle un carrito de golf. Somos miembros. El complejo se NEGÓ. No les importa nada más que el dinero. Que broma. No tienen la capacidad de brindar un servicio al cliente real. Hay muchos otros complejos turísticos en los que alojarse que realmente se preocupan por los humanos. No te quedes aquí. Alguna vez. ¡Y ni se te ocurra ir a un restaurante sin una pulsera VIP! Te tratarán como ganado. Es una pena porque la mayoría de los empleados son amables y comprensivos, pero la gerencia es demasiado estricta con las políticas y se niega a hacer excepciones. El complejo en sí está empezando a mostrar su edad y la administración no ha hecho mucho para mantener la propiedad en buen estado.

Muy bien. Personal muy agradable. Impecablemente limpio. Excelente comida. Gracias por este hermoso descubrimiento.

Cucaracha en el dormitorio (segundo piso). Pequeños bichos todos en la cocina (no tenían comida). Los jacuzzis de ambos dormitorios están rotos. Les informé el día 1 y ninguno de los dos fue solucionado. El jacuzzi en el área común hace mucho frío, también lo informaron hace días. La piscina está fría. Te acosan para que compres paquetes mejorados o recomiendes amigos aquí. Si deseas que te cambien las sábanas, debes comprar el paquete “todo incluido” por $130 USD adicionales por persona, por día. La comida del paquete todo incluido es basura. Las suites están muy bien decoradas y valen el precio en comparación con un AirBNB si tienes un automóvil y puedes ir a cenar fuera del campus. La cocina no cuenta con utensilios de cocina, así que no planees preparar tus propias comidas aquí.

Este lugar era hermoso en una excelente ubicación con un personal amable y un excelente servicio en todos lados. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Está cerca de Ocean World y tiene muchas propiedades frente al mar. ¡Juan toma las mejores fotos!

Hubo varios problemas aquí.
1. Nos llevaron a un lugar externo e intentaron que vendiéramos un tiempo compartido que no era nuestro. No teníamos idea de adónde nos llevaban y había poca comunicación por parte del personal sobre lo que realmente estaba sucediendo.
2. Dejaron un rollo extra de papel higiénico una vez durante nuestra estadía, pero dejaron la puerta de nuestra habitación abierta para que cualquiera pudiera acceder.
3. Cuando intentamos hacer el check out, intentaron afirmar que faltaban 5 toallas. 3 de esas toallas ya habían sido recogidas por el servicio de limpieza 2 días antes, pero de repente no había ningún recuerdo de esto. Habíamos pedido toallas de playa nuevas 4 días antes y nos dijeron que las toallas nuevas costaban $ 9 por 2, pero ahora estábamos intentando cobrarnos $ 20 por toalla. Cuando cuestionamos esto, tomaron nuestro equipaje y le dijeron a nuestro taxi que no podíamos salir, esencialmente manteniéndonos como rehenes en un país extranjero.

NO reserve aquí a menos que quiera ser estafado y retenido como rehén.

¡Ahorre tiempo y dinero! No vayas aquí. Le harán perder el tiempo intentando venderle su membresía. Y si es miembro pero no del nivel más alto, lo perseguirán: cada conserje, botones, recepcionista y ama de llaves le dirán constantemente que debe llamar para "actualizar" su información, pero en realidad es su forma de engañarlo.llegar a la oficina para venderle una mejora. Somos miembros aquí y ten cuidado: una vez que tengan tu dinero se olvidarán de ti. El servicio al cliente que tenían antes estará disponible una vez que firme los contratos. Te dan “números vip especiales solo para miembros” que nadie contesta. La propiedad y las suites son impresionantes, pero si miras más de cerca, todo es viejo y no está bien mantenido. Nos alojamos en una suite PS de 2 dormitorios y los baños funcionaban constantemente, uno de los lavabos goteaba debajo, el aire acondicionado funcionaba pero nunca enfriaba del todo, el ventilador de techo sonaba como la hélice de un avión y nos cobraron por una ducha de vidrio en el baño.un crack que no hicimos. Teníamos poco tiempo y necesitábamos tomar nuestro vuelo, así que no luchamos mucho. La tarifa por daños no fue astronómica, pero el manejo de la situación fue feo por su parte. Lo rebajaron y lo rebajaron. Además, por el monto de las cuotas de membresía y las tarifas diarias con todo incluido por huésped, esperaría obtener algo más que una rebanada de jamón procesado cuadrado en envoltura Saran y algunos trozos de lechuga como barra de ensaladas. Para el desayuno había panqueques, mini perritos calientes y huevos TODOS LOS DÍAS. Ninguna variedad. No se ofreció auténtica comida dominicana aparte del plátano maduro y la yuca con cebolla. No hay alimentos básicos como tostones, mangu o mofongo. La noche no fue mejor. Los restaurantes de especialidades estaban cerrados (fuera de temporada, lo entiendo, pero tengo algo abierto para los invitados que van allí). Las hamburguesas se queman y luego las hamburguesas no consumidas se reciclan en sus espaguetis y albóndigas para niños jajaja. Tuvimos que reírnos de la situación, de lo contrario nuestras vacaciones se habrían arruinado por completo. El entretenimiento nocturno era un programa de 30 minutos y luego nada. En la habitación no había cable y el WiFi era escaso y nuestra habitación estaba cerca de la recepción. La gente de recepción es súper amable y organizar excursiones es fácil. El servicio de spa le promete servicios al registrarse y luego dice que no está incluido cuando va al spa. Proyectan una imagen de clase alta y estilo de vida exclusivo, pero en el mejor de los casos, eres promedio (eso es ser generoso). Sepa en qué se está metiendo antes de ir. En el mejor de los casos, es un buen complejo si pagas por las actualizaciones. No es lo mejor. En mi opinión, aquí no obtendrás el valor de tu dinero.

El aire acondicionado no era el mejor y el baño tenía problemas. Además de eso, el servicio es increíble y hay muchos lugares a donde ir. El desafío es comer antes de las 5 de la tarde. Cerrarán el buffet exactamente a las 5 de la tarde, si no unos minutos antes.

La vida nocturna necesita algo de trabajo. No hay discotecas y lo más parecido es el pequeño Casino.

El club Ocean World está cerrado y el Ocean World Casino está cerrado. La playa Serenity también está cerrada.

En general, lo recomiendo. El campo de golf Playa Dorada también está a 25 minutos.

Horrible lugar! El lugar tiene cucarachas y estaba sucio. La comida era asquerosa y el personal era grosero. No pierdas tu pulsera o pagarás $300 por una pieza de plástico. Ninguno de los restaurantes tiene reservas para usted.

People are super nice, the resort is nice. But the water pressure is zero, they don’t have good hot water pressure. We had to change our room but the new room also has water pressure issue.
They also don’t have washer or dryer on site or in the room. They can do your laundry for cheap though.

Very poor management and bad service.
We stayed at presidential suits and on the first day a 5ft piece of glass broke,
Unintencionaly when i put my backpack fill with just pants and shirts on it the glass broke. However i inmidiately whent to the front desk and reported it so they can clean it. Then they charge me 70$ us
Witch i pay and they never clean the broken glass, i spoke to two manager and explaine then that i needed the hazardous glass from the room because i have a 4 year old that could get hurt and all i got was excuses expecially from Carol Suero. Ahe told me she didnt sent some one to clean it because i didnt pay for the broken glass on time putting my pregnant wife and son in denger

Mi esposo y yo somos miembros y el hotel es bueno si la comida la acomodación pero el personal es muy malo por teléfono e email nos envía todo muy bien tal cual lo queremos y cuando llegamos el hotel es todo lo contrario nos tratan mal y no nos dan lo que queremos hacen lo que les da la gana. Cuando nos quejamos no nos dan lo acordado teníamos dos habitaciones en royal suite y nos enviaron a presidencial con una habitación.muy mal el personal no recomiendo que se queden en este hotel antes todo era muy bueno y ahora cambio tienen preferencia con los americanos y al dominicano lo tratan ma. El año pasado actualizamos nuestra membresía para poder tener carro de golf y ahora dicen que no. Todo es mentira en este resort muy malo ultima vez q lo visitamos …My husband and I are members and the hotel is good if the food is the accommodation but the staff is very bad on the phone and email they send us everything very well just as we want it and when we arrive the hotel is the complete opposite they treat us badly and we don't They give what we want, they do what they want. When we complained, they did not give us what was agreed to use two rooms in a royal suite and they sent us to the presidential suite with one room. Very badly, the staff do not recommend that they stay in this hotel before, everything was very good and now they have a preference for Americans and The Dominican is treated ma. Last year we upgraded our membership to have a golf cart and now they say no. Everything is a lie in this very bad resort last time we visited.

Love it. We had a gorgeous 1 bedroom suite. Always clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. We are members so we had a golf cart. It has a breakfast and lunch restaurant, a pool and a popular bar. It was a great week here. Met many wonderful people. Can't wait till we return.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with We have been to 3 specialty restaurants,
and both buffets. Always found something to enjoy. If the drink tasted weak, we asked for another shot. Some too stong, asked for a glass of pineapple. Coffee very tasty. Comfort our son and his wife. Huge balcony, with a table where we played cards. Our son was in the hammock every morning reading. The trees, bushes and flowers are gorgeous. Lots of walking that we enjoyed taking a different path every day. The breakfast at Blues was excellent with an omelet station, lots if fresh fruits, yogurts and pastries in addition to 8 buffet choices. Comfortable beds, large bath towels. Wonderful friendly staff. We haven't encountered any problems but
we arrived with lower expectations. Approach for timeshare, just say no and enjoy all the amenities you have available to you, 2 beaches, 14 pools, 11 bas and 10 restaurants.

Tenía otras expectativas sobre este hotel, lamentablemente no fueron satisfechas, sin embargo puedo decir que el personal de recepción es muy amable, a la llegada nos hicieron una reservación en el restaurante Rodizzo, en este restaurante la comida es muy buena y el personal muy atento y afable, dan muy buen servicio, también hay que mencionar que al estar en este hotel se tiene acceso a los hoteles Tropical y Cofresi, lo cual compensa las limitaciones que tiene el mismo.

Excellent choice but not for people who have trouble with walking otherwise absolutely worth your money and would highly recommend it plan on going again

This was my first experience at an all-inclusive resort and it's very much turned me off going to others in the future. The wristband situation is incredibly confusing, and appears designed to be- I saw white bands, black bands, yellow bands, yellow holographic bands, and blue bands besides ours. We had blue holographic/glittery RCI bands due to getting the reservation here through a different timeshare (Travel Advantage Network, which I also do not recommend) and it basically meant we had access to almost nothing besides 2 beaches, some bars, 5ish restaurants, and the buffets. Other things like the casino, hookah lounge, coffee shop, ice cream shop, nightclub, crepe shop, and waffle shop were off limits. They said we were VIP but that was a pretty vague term- we had access to the beach called "VIP beach" and a pool called "VIP pool" but the map showed 4 beaches with little VIP symbols next to them that we were shooed away from when we tried to go in. We were also shooed away from stuff near the VIP tower.

The restaurant/food staff were lovely. The front desk staff were fantastic and friendly. The bar staff barely gave you a splash of alcohol in your drinks. The cleaning staff were great but always came super early so we kinda felt rushed out or like we had to turn them away or sit awkwardly while they cleaned around us The spa employees were pushy. The staff selling timeshares were maddening- one even told me we "had" to listen to him because he Only made money on commissions and had a son at home. That's a pity tactic and also horrific if Lifestyle is ok with employee contracts like that! Another one followed us almost to our room shouting at us. With the confusing wristband situation and so many options being unavailable after spending so much to be here, why on earth would we be inclined to spend more?

The Pearl was the better of the 2 buffets in our experience. We found the Blues Lounge (I think that's the name, it's down the stairs from the Presidential front desk) to be a far superior breakfast than either buffet. There were fewer options available but it was quieter and the food was better quality/still warm/not slimy from sitting out.

We got a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit and at first glance it was HUGE but the finer details detracted from it. Some of the electric outlets were pushed into the wall or didn't work. My friend uses an assistive device for sleeping that requires electricity and that severely limited where/which room/what bed he could use. Some lights didn't work. The 2 mini bars and fridge were advertised as "fully stocked" online, but in reality had maybe 3 soda bottles between them each day. The jacuzzi tubs were amazing and the water got super hot and stayed hot for a long time. The showerheads were pretty low quality though and sprayed a strong, skinny jet of water which was.okay.

We like the Rodizio (Brazilian restaurant) best, followed by the Moomtaz (Indian/Thai). The Blue Lagoon (seafood) was okay but had an adorable and friendly kitten running around (probably not on purpose but it made me so happy), and I liked the Trapiche (Mexican) but my friends meal with completely cold when he got it- not room temp, actually cold. El Pilon (Dominican) was good too.

The website said there were free activities at the Xtreme Zone but when we went there we couldn't figure out what was "free". Mini golf was $10/pp but included archery. The website said tennis cost money but the employee said it was free but we had no equipment. Paintball also cost money. The areas for these activities were small and sad and didn't look like many people used them anyway.

The bar on the VIP beach had the best mixed drinks by far. The Zen sushi place there was okay, on par with grocery store sushi. The cabana bed things on the Cofresi beach were absolutely luxurious, I loved just sitting and hanging out on those.

Lastly, the "free wifi" was spotty at best and kept cutting out.

We were “upgraded” to the Presidential suites from the Confresi Palm Resort and to be quite honest, I think it was a downgrade.

The room was meh. The bed was a hide away bed and the mattress felt like one they used out on the beach beds. Extremely firm. The ceiling tiles were mismatched, discolored and even broken. The shower was okay and had semi moderate pressure, but be careful getting in, it’s slippery and they had no grab bars to assist.

The people on one side of us kept trying to get into our room via both the connecting door and front door. When we tried to reach security, reception stated they would call them and tell them to stop. No, I wanted security to speak face to face with them.

The room was conveniently located near a buffet, bar and pool, which was very nice. The best thing about the Presidential Suites was the staff, they were amazing!

I have been to the Puerto Plata Dominican Republic lhbc before however I was not in the presidential suite yet but I am excited because the last time I went it was the best trip ever.

On arrival the place is very stylish, clean and tidy but all this was incredibly damaged by the fact that there was no electricity or water for more than 5 hours! At the time of checkout no one appeared to help us carry the luggage to the vehicle, since we had to cross the avenue where the parking lot is located. No one apologized to us for the fact that we couldn't shower or iron our clothes to go out at night or the fact that we had to use our phones to see inside the apartment. If you want to enjoy your time in Cabarete stay far away from this place!
