Presidential Suites By Lifestyle - All Inclusive

I have always had a wonderful experience here. The staff is so friendly and attentive, they even remember you from previous years! I love this place!

On arrival the place is very stylish, clean and tidy but all this was incredibly damaged by the fact that there was no electricity or water for more than 5 hours! At the time of checkout no one appeared to help us carry the luggage to the vehicle, since we had to cross the avenue where the parking lot is located. No one apologized to us for the fact that we couldn't shower or iron our clothes to go out at night or the fact that we had to use our phones to see inside the apartment. If you want to enjoy your time in Cabarete stay far away from this place!

Le doy las gracias a todos los empleados por su apoyo y buen servicio, especialmente al Rafiel el que nos atendió en el Lobby de Presidetial Suites nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos y con mucho agrado y cordiidad muchas gracias Rafeil, y a la señora que me atendió en el Spa me dio un servicio excelente también buena atención y muy buena masajista terapéutica, gracias también por su buena atención. Volveremos de nuevo pues las pasamos super bien. Y gracias también por la buena atención en el servicio de los restaurantes principalmente el señor que nos atendió en el Restaurante el Gourment VIP, y en el Restaurant Brazileño nos que nos atendieron también excelente servicios. Recomiendo un #10 en este Resort por su buena calidad, comodidad y excelente servicios gracias.

The rooms are very clean and taken care of daily. The day bartender Silvio at the Bourbon Street bar was awesome, and the night bartender Jose was equally great. The beach is within walking distance, there is access to multiple pools, and a few with swim up bars. There was one adults only swim area that kids were in and was not handled well. Overall, I was pleased with the restaurants and food.

If I could give this a negative I would. HORRIBLE experience. We have stayed many places and this is by far the absolute worst. Complete waste of our money and vacation time from work. Things are not as they seem or as they tell you they will be. Although we paid for all inclusive we certainly did NOT get all inclusive. We do not have access to over 50% of the amenities and we have been treated as if we are lower class citizens because we don’t have a certain color band on or own a villa here. And we are on day 3 out of 7. We are stuck and miserable. We were told there was a full casino with card tables on site. LIE. We have to travel out of the resort to access a casino. We were told we would have access to all restaurants and amenities as timeshare owners. LIE. The manager Carol is rude as is the entire front desk staff. They don’t serve premium liquors or good food to anyone but “members” in areas that are guarded by security. The food is terrible. Certainly not world renowned chefs. We are barely eating because the food is terrible for “non-members”
By far the worst all inclusive I have ever been to.

Great Location. VFriendly Staff. I wish they had a better Wifi. A cheaper prices for Ocean World.

Este hotel es una porquería, solo es nombre, no sirve la piscina, no sirve el bar, no sirve el restaurante, para bañarte, tomar y comer debes ir a otras instalaciones, al cofreci o a al tropical, no hay discoteca.

Close to the Blue and Jazz dining rooms there is a bar, there is a pool with cabanas and lounge chairs.
Allows for privacy in the two bedrooms spacious living and dining.

This is our fourth or fifth time to the DR and Lifestyle. Be very cautious about what you sign up for and ALWAYS get a copy of what transpired- not that it will matter. As soon as you upgrade to get all the good stuff, lifestyle will move the line and you are right back where you started from- with nothing

Lo Recomiendo, buenas atenciones, muy buena higiene, servicio a la habitación diariamente, la comida en los restaurantes muy buena, las instalaciones todas de primera, es un complejo turístico magnífico me encanto. Buenos precios relación calidad!

Un complejo bastante grande pero lamentablemente no aceptan mascotas cosa q me parece mal, hay lugares mas pequeños donde puedes hospedarte con ellos. Les sugiero q adecuen un lugar para cuidar las mascotas de los huéspedes ya q tienen el espacio y mucho personal operando. Claro no todos son cordiales.

I stayed at Presidential Suites for a week during spring break. I’ll start off with the good things; the rooms are pretty nice, comfortable and all. Maids come in every day to straighten up. The shuttle they have that runs every 25 minutes is amazing. It takes you all around the resort— tell them where you want to go.

Next will be the alright and bad things. Food was alright— not much of a variety of food— the buffets are pretty good for breakfast and dinner— casa blanca is the best buffet in my opinion. The restaurants are a scam— they make “reservations” for you— and then forget to make them. The Mexican restaurant is the best one though. The bar was nice— drinks were good. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. Me and my family asked to get coffee; as we didn’t know that only VIP members get to go to certain restaurants. The golf cart driver Mario told us he would invite us there— he took us straight to the sales center. He got us our coffee all buttered up, getting us ready to get talked into their deal. They took us to the chairs to sit and in came the sales person— he was a nice person, chill and understanding. But he was still a sales person. My dad had said no multiple times in the most respectful way— the sales person still tried getting us to the sign the papers by giving us “deals” all while my parents were also asking for the full price; which he completely ignored. Then he went on to get his manager to work us in; his manager simply heard my dad say no and was respectful about it and finally left us alone.

Worst experience I've ever had, upon arrival was told I have to pay more even though I had paid with conformation, no running water I was told its a common problem, wouldn't recommend my worst enemy here. Run!

This place is horrible do not come here I will never come back to this place. The supervisor of maintenance doesn’t check the rooms to make sure everything is working for example the toilet, shower and the drawers of the dressers are falling aparte. The buses to transport you to different places have no A/C and are dirty, the buffet is horrible people trying to get their food. I asked for a print out of my room the receipt y tú ok usually get at check out the system wasn’t working. I left without getting a receipt. The rooms are old, everything is horrible at Lifestyle Cofresi

Resort del tercer mundo. Los empleados no saben ni que hacen ahí. Poca formación, muy pobres de mentalidad. Me cambiaron 3 veces de habitación porque cada nueva habitación que me daban no había presión de agua, el baño no funcionaba, no aire acondicionado y cucarachas. La pobre Manager Karol de los Presidential Suites, nunca ha resuelto un problema en su vida y le viene grande su trabajo. Veníamos con una boda y a cada uno de los invitados, este hotel les robó. El dueño da vergüenza y muy poca formación en llevar negocios. El hotel está viejo y da pena, en el buffet libre tienes que luchar para que te caiga una chuleta en tu plato. No te dejan alquilar un carrito de golf porque no saben ni como hacer negocio, así que tienes que moverte con autobuses cochambrosos. Te hacen la vida imposible en lugar de poder disfrutar de la playa fea que tienen. Te prometen todo en un folleto y luego todo mentira. Son ladrones, porque no te dan la factura y si la pides dicen que ya te la mandaran. Mentira! No declaran el dinero por eso no hacen factura, trabajan en negro porque es un negocio sucio llevado por un mequetrefe de alto copete.

I booked this under the time share under my father in law. The customer service was terrible. They got him so drunk to sign the paperwork that they didn’t allow for them to read the fine print. They were under the impression that it was all inclusive but the it was in fact NOT all inclusive. Between myself and my fiancé we had to pay $1,200 for food for 5 days. They originally told my father in law it was optional to pay for that food. They then proceeded to offer us a tour but because we advised that we weren’t going to buy anything they cancelled our tour and made us walk all the way back to where we were staying. We were VIP but they stated there were “levels” to VIP so we did not qualify for a golf cart. The restaurants are “themed” but they ALL serve the SAME food. This is not at all what it seems. Such a scam.

No he entrado pero el tour que nos dieron en el complejo hotelero se ve el lujo a simple vista con mucha seguridad y atención.
