Para mí siempre que voy es un placer, es como la cuarta vez y siempre complacida. Que decir comenzando por la animación Wilson y Barbie muy amables y resueltos siempre. Los chicos del bar de la piscina principalmente Pedro y Andrés en el horario matutino y Gerson en el horario nocturno. Y en sentido general todos son muy amables y por eso vuelvo

Reservar un restaurante es horrible, éramos un grupo de 2 y, sin embargo, ninguno de los 5 días pudo ingresar a un restaurante a la carta atrapado en el buffet, es bueno, no me malinterpreten, pero para ser un lugar dominicano debería al menos comer mangu con salami y queso todos los días.viernes no bueno.

No recomiendo este complejo para vacaciones, el clima era demasiado caluroso para empezar, la comida era muy mala, las opciones eran limitadas y la elección de bebidas era limitada y los jugos eran jarabes, no había bebidas frescas.

Relación calidad precio deficiente. Oferta gastronómica deficiente. Además, no me siento cómoda cuando no hay modalidad de autoservicio.

DR fue uno de los tres lugares que visitamos en nuestro crucero de 7 días. La villa 'Estilo de vida' fue uno y el lugar que visitamos en nuestra famcación. Fue increíble. El servicio fue tan bueno que tuve que decirles que dejaran de traerme bebidas. Después de leer las reseñas, me entristece que la experiencia de todos los demás no haya sido como la nuestra. Nos divertimos mucho y disfrutamos cada momento. Estaba pensando en programar un viaje allí para mi cumpleaños, pero no estoy seguro.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar muy buena atención el acceso y las restricciones van a depender del cintillo que cargue y del plan que haya pagado pero aún así con el cintillo más bajo tiene muy buena atención

No me gusto la habitacion tenia muy mal olor a humedad. El lobby esta en muy malas condiciones. El personal poco amable, poco sociable. En la misma recepcion, desde que llegas te ponen tenso, diciendote que si pierdes llaves te cobran, si usas algo en la habitacion hay que pagar television pagada. Wifi limitado. La cama tambien mal omor a humedad. Yo soy alergica a esos olores, pague por 2 noches, y solo estuve una. Personalmente no volveria. Deben entrenar el personal que sea mejor relaciones humanas. La puerta de la habitacion al balcon no abria. Deben remodelar la recepcion, piso ponerlo nuevo, mejorarle el mostrador, los pisos, la entrada tambien, la llegada esta muy fea. El menu regular, pocas opciones, es un hotel 3***, no llega a 4

¡Lea la reseña antes de venir a este resort! Las habitaciones están un poco bien, la comida es buena, el personal del resort no es muy amable, no te ayudan cuando lo necesitas, el resort no es para niños, está abierto al público donde los residentes de la ciudad pueden venir a pasar el día, esto no es bueno ya que hace que el resort sea un desastre, lamentablemente, los hombres no tienen respeto por las mujeres que están de vacaciones con su familia, son muy inconvenientes.el lugar ideal para ti estoy muy triste porque perdiste dinero y mis dias de vacaciones! No vengas

Hermosa vista comida y cerveza aceptable, el servicio al cliente un desastre, atracciones nocturnas un desastre fui por 3 días y con un solo quería irme en lo personal no vuelvo.

We just got back from the resort on Saturday and really wanted to share a few things with the future possible guest….
First this is a time share/ Vacation club property so they do hassle you to take the tour. They promise you everything to get you to the tour but give only a bottle of local rum in return. We wasn’t hassled as bad as some but I can not stand a liar. This company literally pays staff $100-250 per MONTH and they are taking in billions! SAD!

We spoke with owners x that don’t en use the membership due to the fees, they had rather travel with RCI points or Delta. Again SAD.

Ok so on to the good….
The resorts are amazing, staff (waiters, house keeping, bartenders & all the other under paid workers was beyond nice. (Please tip them if you do go)
You get access to all the pools but only a couple areas of the beach, food & Drinks are available 24-7. They offer tours but you can get them cheaper at the TAXI place (on the left out the front gate)
The resort also has a great SPA that you can use once you book any package.

With all this being said we have already

La peor experiencia que eh tenido, fui a celebrar los 15 años de mi niña y fue todo un caos, desde la comida hasta la habitación, baño en mal estado y sin agua caliente, el snack ni se diga, y la comida.mi estadía fue este fin de semana del 25 al 28 de noviembre 2021, si piensas vacacionar Piénsalo dos veces antes de ir a este hotel.

We had a really nice week although if you are visiting and staying at the royal villas, doing the all inclusive meal plan will cost you $110 (US) dollars per person, per day so be aware of that when budgeting. There were six of us visiting, so it was pricy. The other villas are cheaper however at the royal villas we had our own 4 bedroom home, 6 bath house with own private pool and personal chef that made our breakfast every morning. This was a very nice experience. Purchasing the wifi on site will also cost $45 (US) dollars per person, per day so keep that in mind for budgeting purposes. We found the wifi to be poor most days. Our mistake was not to complain about it the first day we were there, had we made a complaint we may have received some sort of compensation toward the purchase. A shout out to our concierge, Natalie, she was very helpful. The all inclusive meal plan does include alcoholic drinks if you're curious. Although our stay was not perfect, it was an enjoyable family trip. We stayed on the resort mostly with one excursion to paradise island. There is not much to see with regards to the country, it is a poor country with not much site seeing. The driving on the island is crazy! Would not recommend renting a car. Hope this review helps anyone thinking about visiting.

Muy mala experiencia, en mi opinión este hotel es más publicidad q otra cosa, no limpian las habitaciones y hay discriminación con el dominicano.

I have been to this resort twice. The first time was absolutely amazing back in 2014. I went again last fall of 2018. The second time was pretty bad. Villa was in disrepair, check in was a hassle, and getting the amenities we were supposed to have was also difficult. The staff here convolutes the process and essentially lying is part of their policy. I had to file a police report because a maintenance worker came into our villa and started going through our stuff. He didn’t see me and thought he was alone. I confronted him and he ran. As a VIP for our stay, I felt like it was us vs the resort the entire time. Not how a honeymoon should be spent. I won’t be back.

We stayed here 6 years ago and loved it (5 stars then). So much has changed, maybe due to covid, season or just years passing. Rooms are worn down. Only 2 restaurants open for dinner on the entire giant property. The worst part is the front desk customer service. They are nickel and dining everything. They keep changing their mind and saying we need to pay more for our extra guest. We booked for 3 people.still got charged for the 3rd person here and then 8 hours after checking they see we owe more. Mind you it is just 1 night they are staying. Needless to say we will not come back here.

Mobs of rude, misbehaved, but in line Dominicans swarm the resort Friday through Monday. They have no parenting skills allowing their children to screech and scream in the restaurant, run around and play tag, even throwing their inflatable beach toys around. Resort staff do nothing to stop this. Kids invade the adult only pool. One is lucky if they agree to leave. If not nothing is done. The Dominicans congregate in swarms of twenties, blocking walk ways and comendeering guest washrooms. Good luck trying to even get food or a table at the buffet when these invasions happen which is every weekend.
Be prepared to wait 20 minutes in line to grab something to eat. Buffet opens, but NOTHING has been started on the grill. Checkin only takes 20 minutes and that is when you finally reach the counter. Soup spoons are as scarce as hen's teeth. You are Lucky to get one before your soup is cold or you are given a plastic spoon. Ice bucket in room, but no where to get ice. Wifi $7 US per day. If your flimsy paper hint of plastic coating wrist band gets lost, you are charged $200US to replace. Pick a different vacation spot.resortrrestaurant

I had no hot water and strong chemical smell. I reported problem, they will send somebody but problem not fixed. I spoke to Diana at front desk. She was no help.told me on Tuesday that they will changed room but I call she said to stop by front Desk and then told me to come around 4pm. She could have told me that over the phone. Terrible my vacation here has been horrible very bad customer service. I am sick due to the smell in my room +? 9There is no help here unfortunately.

This place is AMAZING! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Had to add the photo with our rep Ivo who was great. Drinks were plentiful, food was good on site restaurant with a sushi spot that was great. Can’t wait to visit again!

Pésima atención al cliente, te ofrecen un tipo de alojamiento y cuando vas es otro, comida pésima, los empleados tratan muy mal a las personas que no son de las membrecías, baños sin agua.

Entre lo negativo. Quitan los comensales antes de terminar que lo veo.de mal gusto. Supuestam. Los supervisores son los que no quieren ver platos en las mesas.
Se duro en la recepcion por la mala reserva ion supuestam de la agencia. La habitacion la entregaron sin revisar que no estaba ordenada, el menu era sencillo al igual que los postres eran los mismos siempre. Un cargador se nos olvido y se lkamo para preguntar pero no nos dieron respuesta. Pero al final a los niños les gusto, el personal dio buen trato y hubo flexibilidad con la hora de salida ya que uno de los niños estubo congestionado la mañana entera el dia de salida por lo que ni siquiera pudimos desayunar y se entrego 12: 30 para quedarnos hasta las 3 en las instalaciones. La playa BIP muy comodas y excelente servicio de ese personal. VIANELI y SEGUNDO entre otros de esa area noz llevamos un buen trato.
