Great food, excellent entertainment. Outgoing energetic staff. Wonderful cleaning crew. Only issue is the bed was uncomfortable.

El servicio es bueno y su comida es excelente, el problema son que las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento.

The place is good. The only issue I have is that when you let the maid clean, she'll open the balcony doors and there's a swamp in the back which means mosquitoes will be waiting for you. Try a clean every other day and write a note not to open the balcony doors. The food is great, staff is very helpful, friendly. Drinks are flowing all day and night.

Horrible! Mal servicio al cliente, la comida no muy buena, los empleados le hablan mal a los huespedes osea super mal, no creemos que volvamos jamás.

La comida es muy buena, pero el personal es muy descortés y un servicio deficiente. Con alta ocupación es pésimo el snack, muy poca variedad y cantidad. Muy caro para el servicio que ofrece. 6/10

My 8th time at this hotel. Absolutely love it. Food is good. Entertainment staff are great. Very clean. Always a relaxing holiday here. Frank at guest services deserves a special mention for his fantastic service.

This is a Great place to go as a Single, Couple or Family. Lots of things to do for everyone.
Make sure you do the City Tour with the Cable Car it's great!

Nice Size. Everything is easily accessible. Rooms could be updated to a more modern style but it's not that at all in my opinion. They could also use a few more beach umbrellas by the pool because once everyone is out by the pool, it's next to impossible to get a spot under one and it's necessary. The sun is Super Hot.

Great place, friendly staff, good food. A lot of algae on the beach and small plastic. Also the afternoon music at the pool was pretty much the same all week long.

Hôtel très propre, nourriture tellement variée et bonne. Vrai beau site. Belle plage. Casse croûte ouvert toute la nuit donc il y a des fêtards qui ne respectent pas les gens qui dorment près. Vendeurs sur la plage un peu harcelant si vous allez vers le marché aux puces. Ils offrent même de vendre toutes drogues même de la cocaïne.

We have had a wonderful time at Be Live. The food is delicious and the staff is kind. We've been treated politely by each employee. Yesterday we had a water balloon fight and a bubble machine in the pool. It was so much fun!
My only complaints- smoking is allowed everywhere and for non-smokers, it's disgusting and the bars use thousands of plastic cups each day. Every guest should be given one reusable cup to eliminate such waste. We are on an island!

Just arrived today for my 6th trip here @ Be Live Marien. Spoke with Jennifer Peña by phone yesterday. She was extremely helpful with my booking. When I arrived here today she gave me my room in record tIme. I really love this place so much. It is veryyyy nice, economical and good for the money. I really dont want to go anywhere else. P. S. I also had a connecting room for my two 17 year olds.

La pagina dice un precio y cuando llegas al resort te cobran otro, Comida Repetida en el buffet, Habitaciones con diseño antiguo y falta de atención al cliente sunscape Mil Veces mejor sin importar si pagas las por habitación o menos te dan una habitación con un diseño moderno.
De mi parte no volveré nunca más a este lugar.

Love this resort. Great food, very friendly and caring people. I strongly recommend this resort to anyone for vacation.
My wife and I have enjoyed each an every moment of this trip here at the resort. The excursions been wonderful and I have nothing, absolutely nothing bad to say about these great people.
These people are clean and time keeping.

Empleados con poca capacitación y todo mal organizado, la comida no es mala pero tampoco nada se el otro mundo y poco variada, el jefe y unos cuantos empleados en la recepción no tienen ni la más mínima idea de lo que es servicio al cliente. 3ra y última visita a éste hotel. Nunca más! Aunque pienso que a ese paso es sólo cuestión de tiempo que se queden sin turistas y vivirán por siempre de las ofertas que compran los dominicanos de viernes a domingo.
