Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort

Excellent food, service and weather. We’re a VIP member and the VIP pools, restaurants and bars are very clean and have great food. Our room was beautiful, clean and luxurious. Highly recommend this resort if you’re a VIP Member of Lifestyle Resorts.

Horrible.the only word i have for front desk staff.all the other inside folks were great.and the star is for them.rooms r okay

Minor repairs to the resort here and there are needed. But they were in the process of doing the repairs when we were there so. Men, be prepared. The staff is unrealistically beautiful, the babies are adamndorable and the people are exceptionally nice. Be prepped for an ongoing sales pitch for the better parts of the hotel for your first day.

Cant say luxury at a shamefully low price, but this is one outstanding very nice hotel, resort. It's a place you want to come back toat least twice a year. Beautiful beaches, all inclusive and one of the best the Dominican Republic has to offer. Ready to go again.

Beautiful resort but the staff needs more customer service training. I wasnt happy with my initial room becase of leaks in ceiling that was affecting the tiles. Most of them dont speak english and can be a little rude and indifferent. I spoke enough Spanish to get by but for customers who didnt it wasn't a pleasant experience. Housekeeping could do a little better at times i had to beg for water and room cleaning services. Dont drink or brush teeth with water you will regret it.

I enjoyed the Brazilian steakhouse. The pool area was nice.also the staircase was a nice spot to take photos.

We went with our 7 month old and had a wonderful time! The staff are lovely and always went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed ourself. They also love babies.
The pools and grounds are very well kept up. The food was mostly mediocre at the buffets but very good at the a la carte reataurants. The drinks are tasty and definitely full strength.
Steer clear of the time share salesmen in straw hats and you’ll have a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

This place felt like the worst case of bait and switch ever. I was advised of all these beaches and restaurants that would be included, but more than half of them were off limits because being VIP does NOT mean you have access to all the VIP areas. And there's no distinction on the map between which areas are okay and which ones aren't. Way too get my hopes up and then leave me with a dissatisfying vacation. They also called so many times so early in the morning after our first night that we had to unplug the phone. We were hijacked on our way to the beach for a welcome package and "tour" which was an employee taking us to all the places we went allowed to access so that they could try to sell a resort membership that would get me 2 more weeks over the next 2 years at this same resort. When we declined the offer, we were dragged back to the "welcome center" and not permitted to leave until they offered us the same deal we didn't want 2 or 3 more times. There were several minutes between each offer, during which time we were still not permitted to leave. I will never go to another resort owned by this company.

Tuve mi honeymoon allí. No es un mal hotel. Su Comida es average. Lo que es realmente malo es que los restaurantes y snack bars cierran temprano, y que los domingos se inventan una fiesta en la playa, y sacan a todos los clientes para esa dichosa fiesta. Si Quieres cenar, y Solo cenar, Hay que ir a la fiesta y cenar allá pues no abren los restaurantes los domingos en la noche. Además tienen un problema con una alcantarilla que cruza justo en medio del hotel, y cuando llueve o es de noche, hiede bastante.

Estuve disfrutando del fin de semana largo relacionado al día del trabajador 28 al 30 de abril-2018.
Las instalaciones del hotel excelentes, la comida exquisita pero muy mal servicio. Exceptuando el un señor que me asistió al momento de la llegada, (el cual se preocupó para que mis hijas pudieran almorzar) los demás no tenía empatía. (En el comedor en el área de las pastas quise que me prepararan una y al momento de elegir los ingredientes recordé que no podía comer tomate, por una dieta que me puso el gastro. Y al momento de hacerle la salvedad al Sr. Willians, él hizo un gesto de desagrado y echó al zafacón todo los ingredientes que había tomado, como diciendo "decídete" y me miró de una forma despectiva. Le dije "Gracias, no quiero nada" Me llamó insistentemente pero no quise solicitarle nada. Después para poder comerla debía mandar a mi amiga para que me la hiciera. " Igual me pasó con el señor del omelet que está en la estación del centro.)
Los camareros te tratan como que molestas. Los colaboradores te pasan por el lado y ni te miran.
En fin, casi todos tienen mala cara y te miran como si te lo hubiesen regalado; y no es así.
De verdad quisiera volver por las cosas buenas, pero donde en un hotel que no hay servicio, la calidad pasa muchas veces a segundo plano, pues un hotel es una combinación del servicio con todo lo demás.

The resort is beautiful itself but most of the staff have nasty attitudes. They really need to train their staff on customer service. My family and I got food poisoning from their Mexican Restaurant as well. If you are traveling with someone who is special needs this is not a good place for them! Not only will it be difficult for them to get around but they do get discriminated. Part of beach is not section off to the tourist in the resort, it is also open to the public. Which makes it very dangerous for the tourist because ur property can get stolen, anything can bad can happen. By the way be careful with lifestyle Resort they will sell you a dream which will become a nightmare. Don’t let them fool you into investing on them.

Nunca me pusieron la bebida en la neverita por más que la reporte ambas noches que me quede, bebibas alcohólicas Malisimas. Las habitaciones eran apropiadas, el paisaje muy bonito

Can finally say we found a resort in dominican republic that we would rate a 2star being generous. How can you enjoy your vacation while listening to the sound of non stop golf carts, scooters, buses & service trucks traveling throughout the resort along with the exhaust fumes in your rooms.then there is the drainage ditch with strong sewer smell that runs along the Main Street heading to the beach.food also the poorest quality we have had in Dominican.also the rooms are on par with a $30 a night motel.we will continue to use playa dorado resorts &never venture outside of this complex again.if anyone is thinking of trying cofresi just stand at a busy intersection in your city for 1hour & if you enjoy the noise than you are good to go.they get a 2 star rating because they have great staff.

This is actually Harmony Beach at Lifestyle Resort in Puerto Plata we love it here the staff is Friendly and it is peaceful and very relaxing

More for younger party crowd. To loud not enough relaxation for my liking. Also too much pressure to buy timeshare. Every Dame day
