Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort

Horrible servicio, llegamos a las 1: 00 pm para cheking a 3: 00 pm nos chequeamos y queremos hacer reserva para 10 personas en uno de sus 9 restaurantes y el único disponible está lleno desde el día anterior, osea no tienen disponible 3: 22 pm y aún no tenemos habitación. Comida horrible

A stay at Lifestyle vacation club (cofresi palms) is like having a bad root canal. Promised everything, lots of good times and easy to enjoy vacation. Unfortunately hassle and mistrust sets in very fast

While I did initially enjoy my stay at the resort I was very displeased with how the resort handled the issue of my money missing from my room. I was told that it was illogical that my money could have been taken from my room and that it never happens at there resort. I did not feel that my issue was taken seriously at all and was told to just go to a local police station instead.

Love it the facilities are well taken care of the staff super friendly the shows at the Coliseum very good actually there where some thing small things around the villa that needed fixing but they fixed it

It was nice because we had full VIP passes and stayed at the presidential suites. It is not a five star resort but it's a nice family style holiday spot.

MUY MALAS ATENCIONES, LLEGAMOS Y NO HABIA SUPUESTAMENTE RESTAURANT DISPONIBLE, EL MENU MALISIMO, NO HAY NADA QUE COMER HASTA QUE DEN LAS 7 DE LA NOCHE, HORRIBLE.

Everything was great and beautiful the resort is very big with lots to do great pools everything is just perfect all the workers are very friendly excellent food rooms are nice and clean will definitely go back here again Denise, Domingo & wilfrido were great people cant wait to go back here

Malas atenciones, no satisfacen lo que ofrecen al cliente habitaciones deplorables, en relación a la comida es poca variedad, los empleados no ofrecen soluciones al momento de presentar cualquier situación, no entiendo como lo califican como cuatro estrellas, no lo recomiendo

Sometimes you have to complain to get the better room, service etc, but it's no worse than any other resort I've been too. If you are not VIP member though, I'd not recommend this resort. We have been back 5 years, more to love than hate by far. Just be persistent in what you want. Bring $1 bills for tips, tips will encourage the waiters to take it up a notch!

Overall the resort was beautiful, family friendly and the staff that could understand you, accommodating and helpful. The golf carts are a great idea, when they work. The Administration appears to be disorganized. It took several hours for us to check in, due to the subpar villas they were trying to place us in. We came as a group and originally requested villas close together. They could not get it together, but they did upgrade the other group. The water in our villa barely had any pressure, and they could not seem to fix it. Lastly, they would post events, then change at the last minute without any notice. The communication is awful.

El hotel en general es bueno, el lugar es muy bonito, la gente es muy amable, la comida es buena, no excelente, pero eso depende de los gustos de cada quien. Las habitaciones son confortables, el lobby esta lindo, las atenciones y el servicio en general es muy bueno. Las piscinas son súper chulas, muchas piscinas, muchos bares. Todo está incluido, discoteca, bares, bebidas en casino, pero no fichas del casino claro está.
Pero no le doy las 5 estrellas porque los espacios quedan demasiado lejos, para llevar a las personas de un lugar a otro usan un minibús, la playa esta cerca pero el show no, súper lejos. El minibar de la habitación debe tener algo más que un agua y 12
Demasiados privilegios para los VIP, demasiados espacios prohibidos.
Es bueno que se note lo especial de ser VIP pero no al grado de que el NO VIP se sienta incómodo y cohibido, dado que no se sabe si se puede o no hacer ciertas cosas o pasar a ciertos lugares.
Muy complacida con el trato, muy atentos y cuidadosos con cada detalle.

Loved it, this is a great hotel, great service and great food. You will enjoy it much more with friends or as a couple, I don't think it is that kid friendly. I have visited multiple times and will be back soon.

REALMENTE NO ME GUSTO TANTO, ME EXPLICO LO PRIMERO ES QUE DURE 2 NOCHES Y 3 DÍAS Y NUNCA ME CAMBIARON LAS TOLLAS DE PISCINA, EL BA: O TENIA UNA FILTRACIÓN POR EL INODORO LLAME ME DIJERON ENVIARÍAN A ALGUIEN, ESE ALGUIEN NUNCA LLEGO EL ÚNICO RESTAURANTE BUENO ERA EL CASA BLANCA, EN LAS NOCHES EL ENTRETENIMIENTO NO ES LO MEJOR HICIERON UN SHOW INTERNACIONAL SOLO DE BAILE Y COMO QUE EL PERSONAL CREE QUE UNO NO PAGO SU DINERO QUE ERA DE GRATIS QUE ESTÁBAMOS MI FAMILIA Y YO, OJO LOS EMPLEADOS DE LOS DIFERENTES RESTAURANTES SON LO ÚNICO QUE DAN BUEN SERVICIO SUPER AMABLES PERO LOS DE LIMPIEZA SON UNOS PERROS Y OTRA COSA QUE LOS BARES CIERRAN MUY TEMPRANO, HAY UNA DISCOTECA QUE ES MUY CHIQUITA NO CABE MUCHA GENTE

There are so many issues with resort I’m not sure where to start. Americans beware! They will seen over the top happy hour here until you say no to their vacation club. Day 1 we are told our Jr Suite comes with transportation via golf cart. What they don’t say is that’s how they try to rope you in to a sales pitch. No golf cart service after you do the tour. Day 1 and 2 you get the mini bar stocked with water, soda extra when they didn’t come on day 3 we called and asked them to come they said no they will no longer stock it. Half the restaurants are only open on the weekend. So get prepared to eat at the same two place for the rest of the week. Guest Services is a joke they say one thing you call the front desk and get told something totally different.

We stay at resorts all over the Caribbean and this is by far the worst. I will never recommend the DR or Puerto Plata to anyone ever. Take your tourist money elsewhere the DR isn’t ready to host anyone.

Je suis tombé malade, je ne dépenserai aucun sous pour cette établissement. J'ai pris une excursion en bateau qui a débuté à 8: 00, nous sommes revenus à 6: 00.a duré de bateau a duré 2 heure et demi le reste du temps en autobus

Un lugar muy bonito pero la gerencia no se sabe manejar porque en el parqueo no hay ningún tipo de responsabilidad con los vehículos, deje mi carro y cuando me iba le habían violado una puerta y el suiche para robárselo y los seguridad no se dieron cuenta y las cámaras no cubren el parqueo completo y lo que ellos me dicen que no son responsables de ningún vehículo, entonces uno paga su dinero con el riesgo de quedarse a pie eso es muy injusto.

I am so disappointed with my room. This is the 2nd room by the way. I am currently at the resort 4/3/19.and it’s beautiful. However. There is nothing 4star about these rooms. When I booked the “superior room” the rates were going for $284 a night but through my job I was able to get it for $85 a night. I was so excited. I thought that I would be staying in a modern updated clean room. Boy was I wrong. These rooms aren’t even worth the $85. It’s so old. Mold in the grout, tub peeling, dirt all through this place, and the rooms smell. The compound is huge and has several other properties on it. I wish we were staying at any one of those instead. I’m not looking forward to staying here 4 more days at all! This sucks. Yes in total I only paid $425 but the true total was $1420. I expected a $1420 style room.
