Excellent Resort anytime there is an issue they fix it quickly ss well the resort is owned by lifestyle holidays and you have full access to The Tropical Resort!

Wow, It was definitely a great experience.
A wonderful customer service and a great family oriented resort. The entertainment, unbelievable. Julio Nice, and all his team to die for! Always funny, ready to help, energetic and down to earth. Domingos and all his staff at the buffet very helpful, happy and always attentive to detail. There were a few things that I wasn’t too impressed about it.for instance the rooms needed to be updated, a bit too many stairs to get to the front lobby or to the buffet, we had to remind several times the front desk about our fridge not being stocked upon arrival, the phone in the room wasn’t working properly for the first 3 days and the thermostat needed to be replaced as we couldn't shot it off but overall the family had a great experience.
Kudos goes to the entertainment guys!

Beautiful beaches and great resort. BUT if you don’t get a VIP package, you are missing out on half of the amenities, restaurants, and bars.

Mala habitación, muchos mosquitos. Mala comida, mal snack. Incomodisimo por las escaleras que tiene. Los empleados son muy prestos a buscar que le den dinero cuando todo es incluido.

Excelente estadía, un personal sumamente atentos a todo tipo de inquietudes. Habitacion excelente y la comida ni se diga, muy recomendado

This was the WORST resort Ive ever been to. I went here to celebrate my 25th anniversary. There were flies everywhere in the dining halls, I had no hot water for three days and on the FOURTH day, they finally changed my room. My room ran out of electricity multiple times, such a nightmare. The food isnt good, the service isnt good, and you shouldnt waste your time on the resort when there are plenty others out there. I wouldnt recommend this plsce to anyone.

A true nightmare, I vacation frequntly to my country the Dominican Republic and by far this has been the worst experience I ever had in this beautiful island. Customer service was rude, rooms uncleaned with mold in the bathrooms. I was constantly ignore and my room service request completely, well there was not room service. Save yourself a headache.don't spend your vacation here or spend your money at Groupon. Save your vacations and go else where.

Issues with the rooms included:
- moldy smell
- leaking pipes
- AC units are very loud

Other notes:
- people in our group got sick with symptoms to those experienced with food poisoning
- club music at most of the beaches

Can't wait to go back, great food drinks and entertainment. Some Staff was a little too much on purchase of timeshare.other than Great!

We have been, to a lot of resorts, and this one is the worst. Don't even think about booking hear. The staff are unfriendly, the food is subpar. For Dominican. The choice of drinks are limited. Our room had NO HOT WATER, FOR 2DAYS. THEY CATERED MORE TO THE V. I. P.

We are part of the VIP club, we were certainly not treated like VIP members. The staff is great the management of the place is horrible. We brought our 4 month old baby with us. This place is definitely not baby freindly. The rooms we were given were extremely outdated and uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a brick and even the pillows looked like they stuffed with shredded foam.
Even the wifi was a Joke. As a VIP member they tell you that you have wifi in VIP areas. Believe me it sucks.
Sad to say as a VIP member i will not be returning to this place.

My second favorite beach (best pizza!) And great rooms! But a lot of stairs to get around to the restaurants

First night we didn't get a room. Then we got a room without AC for 3 days. The food was terrible, but the people who work there were really nice.

We were super excited to stay here as it’s been awhile that we haven’t been to the Dominican Republic. My stay just started, but I am reviewing due to the lack and poor customer service. Upon arrival, we were told that the WiFi wasn’t included in the all inclusive package so we had to pay $60 EACH because it can only be used for a single device. On top of that, our room was double booked. When we came to the front desk to inquire, no one knew what was going on. There was no manager/supervisor to speak to and there was no way to give us a discount. They couldn’t give us a better room. All they offered was a fruit basket and the room they did put us in was not a great one. Would never stay here again and again this isn’t even my entire stay.

Luxury it is NOT. But it's a great get away. It's plenty of things to do the food is great. I did the ATV ride, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don't just stay near your room, get out and walk the resort.

Excelente instalaciones, personal servicial, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, lo único es la comida, no estan variada como esperas.

Excellent place to go for a massage steam sauna dry sauna Whirlpool or many types of beauty treatments Etc.

I actually enjoyed staying here. Just don’t get hungry after hours. All they have are big pink hotdogs and dry burgers. The view at cofresi is impeccable since you have a beach view and they have their VIP lounge area. I loved the endless mimosas. I don’t like the fact that you have to pay for the all inclusive because to me it isn’t worth it. I probably wouldn’t go back. They also have shuttles to take you to wherever you need to go within the resort. I also loved their ice cream shop.
