Suite aux rénovations des dernières années, tout est parfait, il reste encore certaines chambres non-renovés. Pour les restos, les bars tout est magnifique avec un excellent service, de beaux spectacles variés et la vue sur la mer est magnifique.

Stay away from the sports bar! Food is horrible and to make it worse you have to wait an hour for it. Very under staffed. And the men bartenders made horrible drinks and had attitudes. Once you waived money at them them looked your way, but the wait was wayyyy too long

We went with Air Canada Vacations and I wanted to express my thank you for an amazing vacation. The Senator Puerto Plaza Spa and Resort was amazing. The staff was excellent and everything we asked for was "No Problem. " The hotel and grounds were immaculately clean, there was always dedicated staff ensuring that the place was stunning. The beach was a stone's throw from our hotel room, a benefit we enjoyed every day. Air Canada Vacations was amazing from booking, to transfers, to the local representative; Sabine. I commend you all for an amazing vacation,

Un servicio super malo, llegue al hotel y no habia comida disponible, en el snak se tardan para traer algo de comida esto no sirve yo ni mi familia no lo volvemos a visitar

Beau site! Le buffet est WoW! La plage, avec un peu de caillou, est belle et propre! Les gens sont gentils! On se fait comprendre malgré la langue! Les restaurants à la carte sont bien, mais manque de timing! Pas grave, on est en vacances! Je reviendrai c’est certain! Merci!

Good foods, nice drinks they keeps everything clean. Great views from the mirador. Enough place to relax under the sun or in the shades of the trees. Nice beach but rocky sea floor.

Un servicio horroroso, en él snak 24 horas para poder comer hay que ordenar y duran 3 horas para traer el servicio, por Dios! Estoy pasando una horrible experiencia, aparte de perder mi dinero, mis dos hijos están pasando hambre.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff was courteous and professional. The hotel was spotless and the food was excellent. Loved the pool, the beach and everything around it.
I would recommend this hotel! Looking forward for my next visit.

Beautiful resort, very clean. I went at the end of March and it was nice and quiet, it sis not feel crowded. The pool was really nice, and it is right on the beach! This was my first time going to an all inclusive and I really enjoyed it.

El hotel muy limpio y elegante. La piscina muy cómoda. Nuestra habitación fue una junior suite y estaba excelente. La comida es buena. No es abundante pero buena. Me fascinó el pulpo que hacen en el restaurante de la piscina.

Nous avons passé un très belle semaine à cette endroit les employés étaient très gentil, le site est tout neuf exceptions des chambres, bonne bouffe je le recommande à tous

Nice rooms and resort. Some employees are friendly, but many give mediocre service. Bad cocktails: expect an extra cup of sugar in your drink and many misunderstandings. Food is hit or miss, low variety even for 1 week, although pizza and ice cream is always good.
Nice beach for Puerto Plata.

Great Resort, the staff is friendly and engaging. Atmosphere and ambience is great! Great service. Ocean World is a most do excursion.
