Excelente atención y habitaciones cómodas. La playa muy linda. Buena calidad de comidas y bebidas. La pasamos muy bien

Not happy with our stay. The food is not good. Rooms are very dated. Our safe in our room does not work along with the tv. Mini bar never gets restocked. Definitely will not be returning.

Excelentes hotel turístico, lo puedes visitar y disfrutar. Esta ubicado en Puerto Plata, República Dominicana.

Would never come back 4 hours before I got in my room, dirty sheets room was dirty they put 2 double beds together to make a king. We had to change the room the next day.basically if u speak English and ur not a regular u get no service or help! The only thing that was great was the weather and a couple of server's, u can count on one hand was great.waste of 1,400.theres no running water to shower all day, there giving bucks a water to people?

Ancienne Riu repris par la chaîne Senator. Les chambres commence à détériorer et les buffets étaient soso. Très souvent les même mets ki reviennent. La plage étais superbe. Une plage public mais assez propre et personne n'est venu nous dérangé.

This hotel is really nice and calm, the principal target are the familly and the discotec is good but mondays it's not working, really nice staff, they have kayak included and a very nice gym, Wendy it's the man in charge very nice person and the have 4 polls and a coffe store with nice coffe and alexander a nice man who knows a lot of coffe.

One of the most friendly hotels in the area. The staff are all magnificent and helpful. Entertainment, reception, beach, dining rooms, reps, maids, cleaners, pool attendants, management. They all go that extra mile to make your holiday special. I’ve been there any times. The beach is sweet and very well maintained.

Room got mold, bed so bad not comfortable. Phone not working in my room. I have to move into a different room. Not so happy at all for the service we have.

No me gustó, no vuelvo más por aquí. Malísima bebida, poca higiene, mala comida, poca variedad, empleados irrespetuosos y maleducados. Mucha humedad en la habitación. No han sabido aprovechar la belleza del ambiente natural del que disponen.

Good food. Nice pool. Great beach. Rooms were not updated and the beds were horrible. It was like sleeping on the floor the mattress was so hard.

The only thing that is good is the Sun. Bugs in my food not friendly and dirty.
Would never go here again.
