Super buenisimo en mi estancia aqui disfrute de una brisa calida una buena vista al oceano y desde el balcon pude apreciar la excelente vista a todo el territorio mas la piscina es encantadora y las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy confortables

Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel, hielp ons aan de receptie tweemaal met contact naar onze Airbnb beheerder, terwijl we daar helemaal niet verbleven. Top service!

Es una playa donde van solo los que están hospedados cerca del área, las olas son fuertes, así que recomiendo que los niños se bañen en la orilla. El ambiente es tranquilo, no hay desorden de música, es limpia y no se lleva comida, ya que las viviendas y apartamentos quedan cerca.

I am not one to write reviews but I have to write and let renters know the reality of the service here. The property itself is beautiful and the staff and security are great but the service in general was mediocre. Maintenance is not included in the fee and we ran out of toilet paper several times, had to chase down maids to get some (literally!). The apartments are beautiful but one of the bathrooms had no hot water in the bathtub and the electricity kept coming in and out during our stay.

The reception desk was rarely open and we had to wait over an hour for anyone to arrive to checkout. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

The location is not bad (a bit remote) but this is not a resort, it has very limited amenities and the beach is not kept up and dangerous because of the high waves and how deep it is, certainly not suitable for children. The property is quiet and peaceful for the most part except for the dogs barking at night sometimes. But it does sit on a nice piece of land surrounded by lots of greenery which is great.

I would not recommend this property. I encourage the administration to address these issues and make sure that staff is available when needed.

Getting a bit pricey for product. I've been here 3 years in a row and quality is about the same but they have really gone up in price. Also, need to furnish 2nd bedroom if you're gonna put a bed in there.

Upon arrival the first pool directly in front of the hotel was my first impression. It was dirty and had a caution sign. As we proceed to see if we can check in early, as our flight got in early. The lady at the front desk was very nonchalant and had no remorse. She basically told us to go to beach until 3pm. The customer service was very poor. Don't believe the hype for this place.

Amazing place beautiful condos with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. Guest friendly also.

Excellent unit layout, awesome pool, great food and clean beach with excellent views. Gotta try the Puallie Smoothie, delicious ;) DEFINITELY would go back again!

Hermosa area, muchas villas, bed and breakfast y airbnb, deben resolver problema con los insectos para ganar 5 estrellas

It was a great place to stay. The little restaurant in the common area was fantastic. The only complaint that I could say is that the condo didn't come with everything that it stated it would have, which made it a little difficult to cook properly. There were also trails of ants in a few places in the condo, but nothing gross. At the end of the day doors and windows are open a lot. But when we did mention it to the staff they were quick to act on it. Otherwise the stay was fantastic.

Esta chica muy problemática causa problema en Grand Laguna Beach debido a que un cliente después de tenerla no quiere pagarle porque se siente celoso porque ella no le Presta atención ni lo atiende solamente por estar en el chat

It's most likely Villas over there, need transportation to move from there, so it will be very and affordable to rent a vehicle.the houses are very big and nice.the most of them.didnt get to see the beaches but Puerto Plata beaches are very beautiful

Perhaps the most modern, luxury, private, beach front complex in Puerto Plata area. Definitely a great place to stay. Very safe and secluded.
