4Love this place. Quiet, reasonably priced and only 15 minutes by foot to the best surf spot on the North Coast, Playa Encuentro.
Stayed there more then 1 year in Apartment #5 from Summer 2017 until Summer 2018! We have travelled more then 4 years in the row, but this place we stayed the longest! It's the best you can get for price/value in Dominican Republic! Apartments are very cozy, spacious, safe and comfortable. The pool is always clean and the barbeque is also big and new! And the most that I liked is the high speed internet 20+mbit is very hard to find in general in Dominican Republic! They have everything you need for living and all issues were fixed immediately by the owners as soon as we told them! There is little markets in 2-5 minute walking distance also Encuentro beach is in 7 minute walk. To Sosua and Cabarete is 5-7 minute drive distance! And it is very chill and quiet zone because the road is 2 min walk away. If we decide to come back to Dominican Republic, then we are 100% staying here!

Wonderful and comfortable place for a short and long terms. I like location so much - not far from playa encuentro and ocean. Great option for a reasonable price!
