Villas Agua Dulce

We’ve only been here for four hours so far and it far surpasses any accommodations we’ve ever had. The villa is exceedingly beyond our expectations. The photos do it no justice. Every detail has been considered. It is extremely clean! The amount of space is unreal! The views are to die for! It’s just. Ugh! We are already plotting on our return visit! We are here to celebrate my birthday, and they were even able to decorate the living room in celebration. The staff communicated with us every step of the way to coordinate transportation, private chef services, massages, excursions. The customer service is TOP TIER! I would highly recommend that you book your stay at Villas Aguadulce. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

If I could give this place more stars I would. We travel a lot. We almost always fly business or first and stay at high end hotels. As someone who is accustomed to luxury I can realistically give this community five out of five stars. The staff is extremely professional and it's also completely safe to wonder around at night. It looks farther away but the beach is onl a ten minute drive. The airport can be reached in less than 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

Un lugar muy hermoso, bastante tranquilo, seguro y cómodo. Lugares espaciosos y de lujo; una vista bellísima en todos sus ángulos.

Es un muy buen lugar para pasarla en familia, ambiente agradable y relajado, sus casas son bellas, con piscina y jacuzzi incluido lo que más me encantó fue la vista ya que desde donde estaba tenía una vista hermosa hacia el oceano

Horrible servicio de parte de la persona que nos recibe, trato humano pésimo, sin calidad. Se cree que por ser extranjera puede venir a pisotear al dominicano. Pagas una villa para 12 personas y al final solo nos quedamos 9 ya que no le permitió la entrada al día siguiente.
El jacuzzi le dio corriente a todos cuando entramos y ella ni se molesto en preguntar si había alguien afectado.
No la recomiendo para nada.

El servicio al cliente muy malo le falta muchas relaciones humana y calidad en sus servicio la casa q nos tocó le hace falta mantenimiento de electricidad y muchas cosas más sus servicios son de mala calidad

Villa Aqua Dulce was an oasis in Paradise. I stayed at Villa Dominicana from November 27th to December 1st and my trip was amazing. The overall property is very secluded and peaceful. The villa I stayed in 10B villa Dominicana was Beautiful. Sandrine and her staff were Professional, Friendly and Attentive. Villa is the ONLY Property, i stay at on the North Coast

Villa très accueillante avec une grande terrasse avec piscine, rien de mieux pour passer de bonnes vacances.
L'entretien de la villa, du jardin et de la piscine est au top.
Le service fourni par agua dulce est correct, ils s'occupent des excursions, vous renseignent de tous les endroits à visiter.bref, que du bonheur.

The Villa Vita Dolce was excellent. There were magnificent views of the Water during the day and the stars at night. Service was excellent and if anything was needed we were able to call on Luis or any of the available staff on the compound. The Entire villa was cleaned daily etc and we had the best time ever. I will be coming back next year to celebrate my birthday Party!

Buenas atenciones, confortables espacios, seguridad y momentos formidables. La recomiendo 100% cada año que vengo, no puedo dejar de visitarles.

Extramadamente caro para lo que es, muy alejado de la civilización. Alquilamos una casa para el fin de semana, MUY CARA, una casa de 3 habitaciones, eramos 3 amigos, al momento de venir visitas en la noche no la dejaron entrar, al proximo dia dejaron entrar visitas, pero a las 8 pm entraron a nuestra casa, violando nuestra privacidad, y sacaron a todas nuestras visitas de la casa. Esto es un resort o una villa que estas alquilando? El dueño es muy pedante y odioso, nos habló como si fuera nuestro profesor de la escuela, hablando sobre reglas que al momento de pagar 30 mil pesos por dos noches nunca dijeron nada. No lo recomiendo
, vayan a Casa Linda o a otro lugar.

The villa and staff were very nice and accommodating HOWEVER this place is far from everything! It claims to be a 5 minute walk from the beach, but it's more like a 25 minute DRIVE!

Very misleading!

Went looking through properties. And stayed at Casa Karma. Very beautiful, with a private pool.view of the ocean and a serene environment. I really enjoyed my stay there and I highly recommend it!

Very beautiful villa. Very affordable with a large group. 5 mins to the beach. I suggest getting cooks to come to the villa and dine in for at least 1 night.

Una de las peores experiencias. Suciedad, avispas, más insectos. Etc. No había platos ni cubiertos suficientes para todo el mundo. Un inodoro roto. El grifo de la cocina todo y soltando agua al suelo todo el rato. No nos dieron agua de cortesía. Los fogones de la cocina no funcionaban. En definitiva, una de mis peores experiencias. Ni volveré ni recomiendo a nadie hacerlo

Excelente villa pero muy descuidada para el precio que uno paga por ella, piscina sucia, jacuzzy con los bordes sucios, un ventanal no cierra y se llena la villa de bichos.

Had a very pleasant stay in a 3br villa here with my own private pool and staff. The property managers take care of housekeeping and maintenance very well, and some of the villas (I had a chance to tour several) here are absolutely spectacular with views of the sea that cannot be beat. Gated community with terrific security and privacy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Never come here again, no hote water and security at the gate try to charge $50 extra per guest for our dinner party at 8pm after we already hire the chef provided by them. Crazy madness. Our dinner guest would only be staying for one hour not overnight but the security said no. Worst customer service ever

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons, et à chaque fois le domaine est spendide, jardins toujours bien entretenus.le service de maison est top, elles font même votre lessive. La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée. 5 sur 5.

I rented a villa on Airbnb. Upon arrival, the listing said 3 bedrooms but only had 2 bedrooms that were open and available. My two friends and I attempted to discuss the discrepancy with Sabine Mertes the manager onsite. She threw a fit, yelled at us saying we were attempting to deceiver her and cancelled our reservation on the spot. She refused to discuss the situation with us. It was incredibly unprofessional. She then proceeded to send her private armed security guards who threatened (with GUNS) to ensure we would leave the property. One security guard threw our bags, and groceries, yelled at us in Spanish and locked and loaded his gun. I have never had someone "lock and load" a gun in me. In all my years of travel, I have never experienced such an odd, frightening and unusual situation. I would highly advise against staying here.
