Alquilamos en apartamento en el primer piso que estaba bien dotado de elementos en la cocina, sala y comedor lindos, acceso independiente y posibilidad de uso de la piscina, el Wi-fi tiene señal muy débil.

I have been coming to vacation in Sosúa for many years. I have stayed at a number of places. I was lucky to find Villa Florie Guesthouse and decided to stay there. I spent every day using the pool. I could walk half a block to the main street and walk to many restaurants and bars, grocery stores, etc. I could also leave the apartment and go the opposite way to the main highway and get transportation to go to Cabarete, Puerto Plata etc. I have since retired and I am now a full time resident here at Villa Florie Guesthouse. Come and enjoy! I love the private and secure feeling that exists here… I hope to see you SOON!

Really liked that place. Alain the owner is super friendly and relaxed, we had lots of interesting conversations, he gave me plenty of tips. If you bring a guest, he will make sure you stay safe, this is definitely valuable.
About the house, i particularly enjoyed the backyard with the swimming pool and terrace.
The kitchen is well equiped and always tidy/clean.
Yes the Motos can be a bit noisy but it's the same all over Sosua. Plus, for that price it's quite acceptable. Good value overall.

Nice place but too much noise from the motos. Very hard to sleep even with ear plugs. Everything else was fine.

Very nice place, close to all amenities and the 2 main beaches, attentive and very helpful owner at a good price.

If you're looking for a local experience and an affordable price, don't look no more. You've found it!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Alain, notre hôte.
L'appartement de 50m2 avec le petit jardin privatif et une terrasse nous permettait de petit-déjeuner et déjeuner quand nous n'étions pas à la plage ou de diner quand nous n'étions pas au restaurant car il y en a de nombreux que nous faisions à pied car en moins de 10 minutes vous avez tous les commerces ainsi que les 2 plages principales.
Lappartement est situé dans un endroit très privé de la propriété et au calme car reculé de la route, tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer d'agréables vacances.
Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain voyage à Sosúa.

Super bien situé au centre de Sosua et à quelques dizaines de mètres de la route principale. Alain est un excellent hôte sympathique et dévoué à sa clientèle. Chambre simple et propre. Le tout pour un séjour extra.

Lugar economíco my cerca del centro pero tranquilo. Buen sitio para descansar. Anfitrión muy amable y atento.

No me gustó el hotel, un lugar muy ruidoso, está casi en la carretera este lugar para vacacionar no es recomendable, la habitación bastante sucia mucho polvo en el suelo, en las mesas de noche, Dios mío más higiene porfavor.

Y la bañera esta tapada me duche en la noche y se tapó la bañera y en la mañana volví y estaba igual nisiquiera se tomaron la molestia en por lo menos bajar el agua no lo recomiendo y en las fotos aparece que tiene piscina y no es así no se lleven de lás fotos.

Everthing was good.you feel like home.but one thing is that i was literally chocked while taking a bath in the bathroom.hope that they ve fix it
