Este lugar es absolutamente hermoso y está muy bien mantenido. La mejor ubicación en Sosua y mucho menos en la costa norte. Soy dueño de varias propiedades aquí y es una comunidad muy bien mantenida. A mis huéspedes les encantan las comodidades del parque acuático, la playa privada, las múltiples piscinas infinitas con vista a la costa norte y algunas buenas opciones gastronómicas. Ya sea que visites o hagas de este un lugar llamado hogar, es una gran comunidad.

De hecho, tengo propiedades en esta comunidad cerrada, es un hermoso lugar para vivir junto al océano, hermosos paisajes, excelente personal y todos los días me siento abrumado por la belleza y nunca pasa de moda. Sígueme en Instagram porque hablaré cada vez más de ello.

Las amenidades están chulísimas, se nota la limpieza y organización.

El personal es muy atento.

¡Este lugar fue increíble! La piscina, el parque acuático para los niños, la comida valió la pena. Tienes que comprar la comida, pero no es cara y la calidad merece la pena.

I visited this place in 2019 and Me and my Family loved it.so happy to come back and we did now on August 2022, but the experience is been so bad. Outside Swiming pools dirty and Moulded, people coming for Day pass and making a lot of noise. No Privacy.
Room service really bad. The AC was down on my first day and after I reported nobody came to fix it until my Checkout.
Called for towels to be changed they told me ok we willl be there and never showed up to changed it. We had to washed it by ourselves.

Un lugar perfecto para pasar el día, bien higiénico, varias piscina, área para niño, toboganes, acceso a la playa, lo único cuestionable es el servicio de comida y bebidas, cuando está concurrido lo que necesites tienes que pedirlo hasta 1 hora antes.

Un lugar encantador. El lugar donde estuvimos, precioso, elegante.

As a renter you are treated as a second class citizen. Our stay was for 6 months and there was nothing but harrassment from the SOV property management. Apartment 84 was in terrible condition upon check in. Items eere documented and sent and a walk through was requested to verify and never happened. Long story short they claim that we owe more than our 1800usd security deposit fpr damage that was already documented and reported. Be aware of these crooks.

Beautiful, well maintained community right on the ocean. We stayed there for 6 months and it was a very relaxing and quiet place to stay. The town of sosua isn't too far away, there is Maria's restuarant and a boat cafe in the community and there is a small supermarket down the street. Would highly recommend staying here.

Ocean Village is a beautiful development in Puerto Plata. Please visit their restaurant on the Ocean, it's a fabulous view!

Un bel posto dove stare con magnifiche ville, buoni ristoranti e spiagge private, security.
Cose che potete trovare in ogni parte del mondo.
La Repubblica Dominicana è un altra cosa non questo mondo a parte.
Una stella di meno per i continui lavori di costruzione, camion e martelli pneumatici che si sentono sino alla sera.

This place has changed bit since the pandemic and my last visit. As far as the restaurant part mostly before you paid a fee to enter day pass and could order food if you wanted to. Now you pay a deposit and you get credit for food/drinks. The beach and pool were still nice and relaxing. The food we did get was good also. Still work going to for a relaxing day.

Excelente, buenas atenciones, instalaciones acogedoras y bellas, las áreas de juegos de los niño súper seguras, buenos precios.

El ambiente es chulo, las pizzas son buenas, los precios un poco altos, pero al ser zona turística pues es de esperar.
El servicio en el area de la piscina es lento, podrían tener más personal.

Es un buen complejo, pero el mantenimiento y la jardinería están pobres.
La energía eléctrica se fue en varias ocasiones quedándonos sin aire acondicionado.

Creo que pueden mejorar esos dos ️ aspectos y les daría una mejor puntuación.

I agree with the review about poor administration. While SOV is attractive, I was very disappointed with the service I received, particularly from Liubov. We were there to evaluate property and the facilities but gave up on SOV as a possibility due to the way they handled our experience.

Mi única queja es con los reductores de velocidad en la entrada no es posible ingresar en vehículos bajitos.fuera de eso es un excelente lugar buenas instalaciones y un servicio genial!
