Riviera Azul

Es un lugar hermoso y relajante, la habitación que me tocó a mi y a mi familia estaba 10/10, sin embargo la habitación que le tocó a mis tíos tenía muchos problemas con el internet y la televisión. Disfrutamos mucho, hay un restaurante para comer y si prefiere comer en la habitación hay servicio a domicilio, solo que el agua debe de conseguirla usted.

Lugar acogedor, muy hermoso e ideal para pasar no un fin de semana, sino, toda una semana. Personal atento y presto a ayudar. Muy limpio y tranquilo.

Behold I did a reservation through AIRBNB to stay in this place. It seems there’s a scam going on. Here is the what happens to us:

Did reservation through Airbnb but the place receives our reservation through a vacation agency called VILLAGE CARAIBE VACATION CLUB (I have proof of the email with the reservation from this place to the property)

Once we got there an even we show the reservation from AIRBNB the property requested payment for another 625 dollars in order to give us access to the apartment. Of course nobody told us about this until we were at the Rivera Azul! The personal acknowledge they received the reservation (from the agency) however they will no grant acces if we did not pay!

Here comes the tricky part, the people from the sales office get in contact with the alleged owner and then he calls you offering to pay you the 625 but you need to download an app into your phone or provide them with your account information (this is probably to hack your phone!) this conversation happens in the property office right in front of the property personnel who are the ones that tells you that you will receive a phone call from the owner of the apartment (very very ackward!)

To make a long story short we decided not to pay the meal plan so we were left stranded for the night without a place to rest our heads! The Rivera Azul wash their hands even when they received the reservation from their partner.

Muy buen complejo turístico, tranquilo, bonito, seguro y muy buena playa y piscina. Exelente lugar.

Si te gusta un mar calmado bellos amaneceres es el mejor lugar, la playa es calmada en la tarde suele hacer brisa y para vivir el mejor lugar, aquí lo tiene de todo, seguridad, cerca de la ciudad y en el complejo de Playa Dorada, diría unos de los lugares más lindo de Puerto Plata para vivir disfrutando de un bello mar y hermoso amanecer

Lugar paradisiaco para un cafe frente a la playa en las mañanas, playa y piscina todo el dia y descanso en las noches! Cerca de todo, discreto y super agradable! Trato amable del personal!

Beautiful place. Staff are friendly and restaurant is yummy also the pool extremely clean and all ground areas.

Quiet beach apartment residences, near of the beach and plenty of pools and gardens. Pet friendly also.

This was one of the places I liked the most but ever since a couple of years it’s been from bad to worse. Security is disrespectful, every time I want to come with my family they make me feel unwelcome to my own apartment.

A beautiful luxury place. The chef a the restaurant prepared Tapas-like dinner mainly with fish. It was succulent.

Great looking from outside. Little information on view available. Rent/Sale? Entrance allowed?

A beautiful and quiet place, a paradise to enjoy a vacation away from the city, with swimming pools for adults and children and private access to the beach. Really a place to enjoy nature on the Atlantic coast.
Un lugar hermoso y tranquilo, un paraiso para disfrutar de unas vacaciones alejado de la ciudad, con picinas para adultos y niños y acceso privado a la playa. Realmente un lugar para disfrutar de la naturaleza en la costa del Atlantico.

Moderno, Bonito y excelentes facilidades como piscinas, GYM, parque infantil, canchas de tennis y de futball.

Tengo un apartamento en Riviera Azul. Disfrutando la playa, la piscina, la tranquilidad y la seguridad. Un sitio muy atractivo.

Me gusta este lugar es tranquilo acogedor tiene area de juego infantil y para adulto tambien tiene Gym piscina y playa.me gusta ese lugar
