Residencial Hispaniola

He vivido en este residencial durante los últimos 6 años.
Bien mantenido, limpio, seguro, cerca del centro de Sosua y lo mejor muy tranquilo.

Se están expandiendo a nuevas etapas.
Es una gran comunidad residencial residencial, tiene un parque infantil, cancha de tenis, cancha de baloncesto y cancha de fútbol.

También tiene un restaurante al que se puede acceder desde la comunidad cerrada o la carretera principal.

Es un lugar hermoso y tranquilo, ideal para pasarlo en familia. Cuando entras parece que te alejas de todo, sin embargo las playas están a 5 minutos, así también restaurantes, supermercados, de todo.el personal de servicio, muy atento y siempre dispuesto a prestarte asistencia y orientación.

Nos quedamos en la Villa 23B de Jean Alain.

-patio stuff.lol.share never go there! We qui 3 night after was supposed too go 11 night.they dobt want too refunds.he said use plastic vhair for long chair. CRAZY

Excellent community if you're renting for a week or so. If you plan on building, run for the hills as the monthly charges and "surprise" charges are never ending. They see Americans as cash cows and will milk you for every dime you have. I built and sold a beautiful villa there within 4 years because I just could not take them constantly reaching into my pocket. Knowing you're thousands of miles away, they take advantage of you every chance they can. The greed is mind boggling.

Do yourself a favor and stay here. There was a issue with VRBO and the place I reserved was not available. The office was closed and me and my friend are like, what now. First time in the DR and its 9 at night. Then out of nowhere a lady appears out of nowhere and asks me to see my reservation on the phone. Sarah, ended up being one of the managers of Hispaniola, and she just happened to come back because she forgot her glasses. She opened the office found an open unit that was beautiful, took our info, took us to the unit and told us to come to the office tomorrow to settle up. Really? There are very few people in the world like this, and it wasn't unnoticed. Sarah, gave us her number and any issue or concerns we had were texted to her and taken care of within the hour.
The place itself is your own private oasis, gated/guarded community with daily housekeeping, ground keeping, pool cleaning, access to the Hispaniola Diners club which has some really good food and cocktails.
The professionalism, kindness and the attention to details was beyond anything I have experienced before. From daily check ins with Sarah making sure everything was OK and if we needed anything, to the sheer beauty of the facility will make this the only place I would ever consider staying in Sosua. It's also walking distance to everything you will need while your here.

I manage several villas here. It's one of the most beautiful well kept and managed gated communities in the area. I do think the monthly HOA fees are a bit high but i guess your paying for excellent security, impeccably manicured landscaping as well as a management staff that seems to be on top of things and easy to work with. I would recommend this community

Favorite place to stay when I'm on the north coast. Secure, quiet, beautiful, private villas some even have views of the ocean

We stayed in villa #10, and I must say it was gorgeous. Pool, hot tub, and a beautiful view. Priscilla, the housekeeper, kept the place immaculate for us and so did the pool guy, he even ate breakfast with us on our last day. Overall, the gated community was superb. All of the stay was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely return again.

Beautiful gated community. Has it's own restaurant. Just a 5 mins concho ride to the beach or a 10mins walk.

My first time, in 2013, is the same as last time: wifi and cable went out. Same villa owner, different villa. What are the odds. About the place as a whole: they need address signs up along the roads and more, many more, street lamps. The management staff, as in the reception area people, are more stoic than engaging/friendly. And they, too, have no wifi in there. Without WhatsApp and wifi, you're in for a lousy stay.

This place is amazing. Clean, modern, and very quiet. Tight security 24/7. Our maid Francia was a sweetheart and very helpful. Overall nice place to stay with your family. Very well managed. Very close to all the beaches!

The security was very good. Very close to everything. Beach are less than a mile away food and shopping very close. Transportation to all locations. Will be back very soon.

If you in Sosua this is the place to be.security 24/7.private pool for each building/house you stay. The only thing is the prices are getting higher now that more of us US folks are visiting and you need a ride to get to the strip and supermarket.the walk is like 20 min and uphill on the way back

Used to be a great place to stay with better, more accommodative management. Some of the villas are barely serviced. I've stayed in many villas before and Villa 51 was the worst. The beds are hard as a rock, same as sleeping on the floor. Electricity went out on and off, affecting water supply and AC. The shower had no water pressure and the drain was 85% clogged. Not to mention that we got charged double for the night of Superbowl. Never again.

One of the best places for resting in Sosua. Security is on the top. Wonderful staff. Very silent place.
