You're not going to find a better place to sosua with a cleaner apartment nicer swimming pool and nicer people then this place right here real reasonable rates and a great all-around experience very quiet also.

Un ambiente agradable si te gustan los perritos, la estructura no es la mejor pero me encantó que todo estaba súper limpio!

Rooms very tidy, everything clean. The pool is very clean as well. I come here everytime i can and its so peaceful. Love it!

Very nice and well kept. The avocado tree in the front created nice shade for the balcony with chairs and tables for outdoor dinning. One small complaint was that the wifi didn't extend into the bedroom.

Estephany is a very disrespectable person only she matteres her boyfriend is a liar I waited a month for him to fix my sink and all he said was tomorrow. I asked Estephany to please stop yelling into her phone after listing to her for 20 minutes. Her reply was this is my house I am talking to my friend go back in your house. The boy friend spray paints car fenders and furniture in the front yard and all the vapors waft through the apartments. In the 3 months I stayed there the pool jets were not on once. I was assaulted by a guest for smoking a cigar and he did not like the smell of the smoke. I asked Estephany for his name and she refused to assist me in fact she would not accept the next months rent that was due on the same day unless I agreed to drops the charges. Then she made me move to a different apartment at my own expensive. THEY refused to clean the apartment on several occasions saying there were too many guests and the maid could not get to them all. In fact there were only 5 guest in the complex. I never received soap or toilet paper which In was entitled to. Inalmost forgot the maid ALWAYS had enough time to cook and prepare Estephany lunch and fix her hair. The apartments are nice the area is safe, BUT Estephany, her boyfriend and staff leave a lot to be desired. The three dogs back morning noon and night so if you do not like dogs you have another problem. The night watchman Louise is the best always friendly and helpful. He is the I only plus The front door security gate lock has been broken since last February when I first booked the apartment. IN SHORT DO NOT STAY AT THE ESTEPHANY APARTMENTS.
