I found this agent because I had seen her on HGTV and she seemed reputable. My boyfriend and I want to make an investment in the DR and wanted an agent what was established in the area. We made plans to meet with her through WhatsApp, explained we were traveling from the US to look at homes with her. On the morning of our meeting I confirmed our appointment with her, even though it was pouring rain, but since we traveled this far just to look at homes, we intended to keep our plans. We ran into some setbacks that morning, and were running 15 minutes late which I communicated this to her in advance, apologized profusely and even offered to meet her at the first address if this made it easier, but she became rude and hung up on me without with any regard and canceled all our showings. My boyfriend and I were left scrambling to find another agent to show us homes within our time constraints. We couldn't believe that an agent would be so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

In response to Joanne's response to my negative review:

A more professional and solution-driven approach should have been to either meet us at the first appointment, or skip the first appointment and still show the others. You didn't even care to try to reschedule. The manner in which you simply hung up was surprisingly rude, specially when I was never disrespectful towards you. I respect people's time as it should have been clear by my frequent communication.

Joanne is a professional she will be there all the way we contacted her and from the start she was there to respond to any question and find exactly what we wanted we decided to build she found us the perfect spot and dealt with the seller and builder even after all was concluded and during the construction she checked in and sent us pictures even now that we have moved in she is till always available to help out I trust her and would recommended her to anyone
