Overpriced for the low quality. Annoying free-breakfast scam that turns into aggressive sales pitch of the dubious terms of membership club.
They don't allow you to enter with your scooter, but their workers go all around in motorcycles making noises. And while walking be careful that other neighbors/or working staff don't drive over you.
Never again.

Love it! Staff are so nice and the villas are perfection! Security is tight here which is nice so outsiders can't get in. The restaurant was great. Only downside is because the Roadside market is being moved so I had to get a taxi to go down to Super Pola. Pool is great, cleaning comes once a day as well as the pool getting cleaned, it rains often here but only really during the night. Great place to get away from the freezing cold (-30° C) from Alberta! The prices are adjustable and affordable.

Bonita villa en Sosúa.un poco cara en temporada alta pero vale la pena si quieren pasar un buen fin de semana en compañía de tus seres queridos

Nice if your one who likes community settings! Of course, they try and swindle you into purchasing villa/timeshare! It's not worth it!

Muy buen servicio pero cuando estas dentro del bar y sales tienes que estar pendiente después de ahí todos lo de más es excelente buena comida y buenos precios

This 6 bdrm villa on Airbnb is perfect for group travel. The place is lovely. It's located in Sosua. Nice view, amenities, and very spacious.

Lovely place! Super safe. Good food at the restaurant on property. Villas are perfection! Close proximity to the beaches too.

Construction to the right of me, construction in front of me. One day trenches were dug to the left and right of my drive way making it almost impossible to get off the street. The circuit breaker was tripped REGULARLY. The hot water heater is run by propane- you guessed it the propane tank was tapped after one day. Ice maker was inoperable (90 degrees plus every day). The concierge, Marcelino, was absolutely useless. After three days I demanded someone else. The cleaning staff was barely adequate.

On the plus side, the security was phenomenal, the cleaning staff was adequate and after the initial bad service the 'new' concierge was very responsive.

Casa Linda is gated community with an excellent security staff. The layout of the villas are excellent. Unfortunately since the owners of the Casa Linda brand no longer gets involved with the guest, they have fallen from a 5 star location to a two star location. Other then collecting deposits for the villa, the new managers are no where near as attentive to their guest as the Casa Linda staff was. Expect to pay first world prices and receive third world service at Casa Linda. I'm now considering other options but feel sorry for the villa owners with this new managerial change.

Don’t go here. I got forced into a timeshare sales pitch that took 2 hours and a few thousand dollars from me. The salesman Leo was very persistent and didn’t take no for an answer. But when I asked for a refund nobody responds back. Go anywhere else in Sosua

The churasco potatoes santiada. Does santiada mean almost cooked potatoes. I sent it back and got over cooked steak and the potatoes were exactly the same. NOT COOKED through. I sent it away. Now check time came. They offered me 10% off the check which included my steak and 1/2 raw potatoes. I rejected that. So they took it off the bill and charged an extra 200pesos for my husbands meal. WOW!

Buen lugar. Apto para niños para los más pequeños, pero no mucho más que la piscina poco profunda para niños mayores o adultos. Toma mucho tiempo recibir la comida una vez ordenada, pero regresa para que el niño más pequeño juegue y coma en otro lugar. La pizza estaba deliciosa una vez que llegó. El personal es amable y servicial.
