Presidential Suites Cabarete

Nos alojamos aquí durante una semana entera. El personal fue muy acogedor. Nos dijeron los precios de la limpieza de la habitación, toallas nuevas, etc. Si limpias la habitación por 15 dólares, automáticamente recibirás toallas de playa y de baño nuevas. El personal nos ayudó con el equipaje y fue muy acogedor. Las piscinas estaban bien. Los limpiaban todas las mañanas. Cuando íbamos siempre estaban vacíos.
Nos ofrecieron una visita a su otra propiedad en Puerto Plata. Decidimos no hacerlo y no presionaron. ¡En general lo pasamos muy bien! La cama era dura, pero nos quedamos en otros dos lugares en RD y era el mismo tipo de cama. No probamos los restaurantes ya que estábamos a poca distancia de muchos otros restaurantes. ¡Me encanta la ubicación!

Ruido, calle muy transitada entre Imperial Suites y Presidential Suites. Las instalaciones estaban sucias y/o cerradas. Agresivos vendedores de tiempo compartido interrumpieron las comidas y nos detuvieron en la calle. Bonita vista al mar desde la piscina de Imperial Suites. Piscinas sucias y bar de piscina cerrado en Presidential Suites.

Nuestra suite de un dormitorio en el océano era de buen tamaño y tenía una cocina completa ya que no teníamos todo incluido. La vista era bonita y hay piscinas y restaurantes en la propiedad. El personal era amable y eficiente. Teníamos una vista impresionante y un árbol de mango justo en frente de nuestra habitación producía mangos deliciosos.

Habitación extremadamente ruidosa debido al ruido de la calle. No puedes relajarte junto a la piscina porque también es extremadamente ruidosa. Piscina abierta SOLO de 10 a 19 h.

Además, no se incluye limpieza, cambio de sábanas ni champú. Absolutamente ridículo que un hotel no cubra las necesidades básicas.

Lo pasamos muy bien aquí. Nos alojamos en una habitación que es de buen tamaño. Proporcionan una toalla de playa / baño, junto con ollas, sartenes, utensilios, una tostadora y una cafetera, y un refrigerador grande. La cama era dura pero nos acostumbramos. El inconveniente era que si necesitabas ropa o toallas limpias, tenías que pagarlas. El personal fue extremadamente acogedor y dispuesto a ayudar. Tienen un restaurante con una hermosa vista. La playa está cerca y las piscinas eran agradables, pero la grande en el lado principal podría usar un poco de atención. Hay muchos lugares para sentarse y relajarse.

Si pudiera poner menos de una estrella créanme que lo haría. Una de las peores estadías que he tenido en muchísimo tiempo. El hotel tuvo un apagón de más de 6horas, por lo cual nunca pudimos bañarnos porque sin luz no había agua. Preguntábamos al staff y lo único que decían "imagínense eso es normal en RD". Nunca se disculparon. No apareció el Bell Boy para retirar las maletas, Pésimo servicio al cliente. No lo recomiendo.

The hotel itself is very nice. The problem with this particular resort is you are constantly bugged, harassed, and aggravated to make purchases. Once you decline to buy a time share, eat in their specific facilities, purchase souvenirs from vendors claiming to solicit you on behalf of the resort, or make simple request they become belligerent and lazy.

There are lots of kind, generous, and respectable business establishments in the area, but the resort makes every effort for you to spend your money there and no where else. Additionally, the resort charges you a fee for all services and nothing is included. The resort advertises all inclusive, but nothing is truly included with your stay. For example, you will be charged for room cleaning services, towels, and toilet tissue if you you run out. These are basic commodities and services that are generally included in resorts elsewhere.

When you are out on the beautiful beach outside of the hotel you will continue to be pestered by merchants in blue shirts carrying an array of souvenirs habitually following you to buy from them. It becomes virtually impossible to relax or enjoy your serenity or have a peaceful getaway because of the constant interruptions.

Great hotel in Cabarete but not the best beach location, rooms are above expectation but not so much the pool which is from knee to waist high in deep end, very strange. Food was always great no matter what menu you select from and the staff is truly top notch no complaints they go above and beyond.

I don’t know where all of the negative reviews are from. I was nervous to come because of them but we had an amazing stay.

The hotel itself is up to date, modern and cleanly. The staff were always available and attentive. The only thing I did not like was the lack of atmosphere. When I went (last week of August 2022) there was barely any other people at the hotel, and so there were no shows/acts/etc.
Overall was a good stay. The restaurants in the hotel were all very good. I enjoyed the spacious room, cold AC, and warm showers.

Great place, great service, okay location as it is in the middle of a busy street but they have security there. It is not all inclusive, but the food is reasonably priced and it is good quality.

Excellent service, new, spacious and nicely appointed rooms. Great quality food. Oceanfront resort in Cabarete. Friendly area.

Great destination. We drove from Santa Domingo Airport all the way to Cabarete easily. The parking is free and bell boys delivered bags (and found my smoke). Check in was easy w/ option to buy food included for like $80. We jad a 2bdr suite. Across the street, Every restaurant is on the beach amazing.

Good place to stay in cabarette. On the main road. Good food and drinks the staff is very friendly and helpfull.reasonable priced also

Hemos visitado el restaurante del hotel que está abierto al publico con vista a la playa y posibilidad de usar la piscina. Hemos almorzado allí, todo buenísimo. Recomendados los Donner kebabs y las Hamburguesas. Precios verdaderamente asequibles. El servicio muy atento y cordial.

The hotel people are nice but your on your own it's mad loud from the bikes the bed I'd hard no towels or room service to clean if your looking for luxury not the place it's ok.

Lean. Par de cosas check in fue rapido aunque incomodo pq tw tratan como si fueras a robarte las cosas dela habitacion muy atrasados em eso ya q normalmente se deja un deposito y la tarjeta de credito para no hacer esos incomodos procesos. Otra cosa no te dan la limpieza al cuarto llevarse la basura cambiar toallas sabanas etc a menos q no vallas personalmente a pedirlo como fui yo y solamente me dieron un servicio pq el muchacho me dijo q se entero q me uni al club de vacaciones de ellos yo le dije muy mal pq eso se le debe dar a todo el mundo sin distincion. Parking limitado lejos y malo. Mucho ruido si no puedes dormir con ruido no te quedes aqui ya q es constante ya q esta al lado de la carretera etc cosas buenas personal del area de piscina yo Irvin Rivera hab 1410 4 noches abril 28- 2 mayo No lo recomendaria.

Love the beach it's so beautiful.the service is top notch.the people that work here are so friendly and they give you the best always.love them all that's why I always come back here.they always remember me and treat me well.its a laid back place that makes you feel like your home.

Room was good
They claim to be a high end hotel yet ask you to wear a wristband. We travel all.over town and cities. Somehow lost my wrist band which they then say I owe them 50 USD for. Its a 1.00 wristband. They try and get money anyway they can. I would look on Airbnb and book far nicer places. Protect your money, they are all trying to get it. I left my towel by the pool one day. Thats 20 USD. This place is two thumbs down

A breath of fresh air that was well needed. From the initial interaction to the departure the staff was professional and thorough. The rooms were beautiful and clean and everything in working order. My first visit will not be my last
