Habe mir die Anlage mal angeschaut und haben mich doch dann aber für den Urlaub 2019 wieder für die Nachbaranlage mit COOEE-Bereich entschieden

It's great if you stay at one of the hotels. In case you just want to see around, you can visit the mall that there is inside. It's always empty, there is a play area for kids and stores where they sell mostly souvenirs, beach stuff and local art work. There's also a movie theater and a drugstore.
In case you want to have a meal, there's a good restaurant called Riviera Azul, just by the beach. It's also possible to enjoy the beach, but they offer no structure as showers.
