4Éste lugar está muy cómodo todas las casas son hermosas y las piscinas estan geniales hay muchas opciones donde elegir y este lugar es bastante tranquilo.
A very tranquil and nice area to live.just be careful about potential water or electricity supply issues.
I have lived in Perla Marina for the past four years. It has been my biggest regret purchasing a villa here. There is absolutely no sense of " community " Here neighbors don't speak to one another. They are constantly and verbally fighting amongst each other on there local FB page " Everything Perla Marina / Blocking homeowners who don't agree with there HOA politics. I have personally been verbally attacked and threatened by both the HOA President and the Vice President. What a very sad a terrible place to live.
I just recently moved here, when the streets are paved, which I hear will be within weeks, iy'll be five stars.
