Paradise Island RD

Hice el recorrido en lancha rápida a través de mi hotel en Paradise Island Beach Resort el 16 de enero de 2024.
Pudimos nadar en una piscina natural en medio del mar, luego hacer snorkel en una pequeña isla más alejada, visitar rápidamente los Manglares y luego regresar al hotel para cenar.
¡Todos los miembros del equipo fueron extremadamente amables, adecuados y muy serviciales!
¡Tuvimos un día realmente agradable!
La comida que se servía era un buffet y pudimos disfrutar de langostas frescas.
¡Recomiendo esta excursión! Lo único negativo fue que tuvimos que conducir varias horas en autobús porque estábamos ubicados en Puerto Plata.

El hotel paradise island es una joya escondida en punta Rucia, la playa es excelente, el hotel muy cómodo y limpio, y el servicio es de primera. Yocairy es excelente,

Vinimos a pasar un par de horas a esta playa. Nos encantó la hermosa playa y las fuertes margaritas.

¡Amo este lugar! ¡Resort de playa en Parade Island! ¡Mi primera vez aquí y recomiendo este lugar! ¡La playa, el servicio y la comida son geniales! ¡Me alegro mucho de haber venido!

I went to paradise island recently while i was visiting Dominican Republic with my family and we went to the restaurant for the first time the place looked nice but the service was horrible they mistreated us they assume we were locals and the waiter never came to us for anything and we had to get up and ask for drinks at the bar we went on a Monday so it wasn’t even crowded when we got there we were the only customers in there then another group of people showed up when i wanted to order another drink i wave at the waiter and he took a while to come we were there for couple of hours and when he finally show up after the other group left he said sorry i was taking care of those American over there “you know how it is”it was upsetting because it doesn’t matter where you come from customer service should be the same for everyone especially if you work in a tourist spot but they clearly prioritize other cultures and customers i told him i understand you had another table but we have been here for hours and there were only two table here how come you waited until they were gone to come assist us if serving Americans is what you are worry about then here is my US passport we left and went to eat somewhere else

La atención fue excelente, la chica de la recepción sabe tratar con los clientes y resolver cualquier situación. El servicio del personal en general fue estupendo, las habitaciones estaban en óptimas condiciones 10/10, el ambiente es tranquilo y mantienen el área de la playa limpia, las cervezas estaban muy frías y los tragos eran muy buenos. Una sola cosa que no nos gustó fue que el desayuno dominicano tenía muuucho aceite y fue incómodo comerlo, es algo que se puede mejorar e igualmente el hecho de que hayan sólo dos opciones de desayuno incluido con la estadía, debería haber un tercero si es posible ya que se vuelve un poco monótono al pasar los días, del resto todo chévere, sin duda alguna iríamos nuevamente porque nos la pasamos muy bien. En días con alta demanda como un sábado, es bueno pedir el almuerzo con tiempo ya que al haber tantas personas puede demorarse en llegar la comida (nos sucedió, sin embargo, agradecemos que el personal que nos atendió se tomará el momento de notificarnos que se demoraría por esta razón).

Excelente y precioso lugar, sin duda los chicos tienen el mejor servicio y atención, especial agradecimiento a Rocairy por todo lo que hizo por nosotros. Las mejores experiencias sin duda con ellos. Muchas gracias

Excelentes atenciones en la experiencia al cayo, organización, comida, todo el personal del restaurant, la tripulación del catamarán muy amable, atentos y serviciales!

I’m not one to normally write a review but the exceptional service provided by the Paradise Island Beach Resort called for high praise. It’s was clean and beautiful, with friendly staff that anticipated our needs. The private beach elevated the experience but the trip to Cayo Arena stole the show. 10/10

Beautiful, cozy hotel.the staff were great and welcoming. The room was clean & beautiful, food was delicious! Beautiful beaches. We Loved our stay at paradise island beach resort, we would definitely go back again!
