Ich bin begeistert. Dieses Appartement kann man jedem empfehlen. Alles in der Nähe. Malecon, der Strand. Die historische Innenstadt von Puerto Plata. Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Und das Appartement selbst ist wunderbar. Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden.ich war schon sehr oft in Puerto Plata. Aber diese Location hat mich wirklich überrascht. Danke auch nochmals an die nette Frau die mich begrüßt hat. Dankeschön ️

It is a nice place to stay for the price. I have stayed at San Marino Residence and two weeks there would have cost me more than $2600. The apartments here are just as nice as San Marino Residence. You just don’t pay as much. The only difference is at San Marino you have beaches that you can walk to and the surroundings is different. This is located down in the city of Puerto Plata. This building is secure and there are security cameras everywhere. I would be cautious in walking the streets alone at night. But, you can say that about anywhere in the Dominican Republic, it doesn’t matter where you stay. But overall I will most definitely come here and stay again. There is no elevator and being 60 years old living on the 3rd floor wore me out. Also, it is noisy, motorcycle are heard all night and dogs bark early in the morning. Bring extra towels. The manager of the building is great. If there was a problem the maintenance man got right on it.
