We only stayed for one night and we regret it. The Hosts are amazing, they make you feel like you’re at home. Place was clean, accessible and quiet. Such a great place to visit.

No me hospede, ya que había un perro les tenemos miedo, segundo el área de recepción muy desordenado y el hotel en sí muy oscuro el ambiente no me gustó, las habitaciones se ven muy bonitas con una decoración antigua

This hotel is truly a hidden gem, we found it by pure luck. Stan and Mariana were fantastic hosts. They treated us like family, always smiling and friendly. They have brought an old colonial house from the 30's back to life adding some modern confort but keeping the original character of the House. Breakfast was delicious and having it on the terrace was amazing. The place was well kept and beautiful inside and out and the price was very reasonable.we couldn't have asked for a better location.

Superbe hôtel boutique en plein centre de Puerto Plata tenu par des hôtes exceptionnels et que dire du petit déjeuner, varié et copieux à souhait.
Tout peut se faire à pied de l'hôtel, on est dans le centre historique et plein de belles choses à découvrir.

Además en la planta baja está El Tesoro del Palacio.y es un verdadero tesoro.es una tienda de antiguedades originales europeas maravillosas, de muy fino gusto, y donde pueden comprar personas más exigentes de este género.

Our stay was pretty much faultless. The owners manage the hotel and are super nice. The hotel is located on a quiet side street close to all the main sights in Puerto Plata. The building has been lovingly restaured and the rooms are spacious and really well maintained (and had efficient and quiet AC). For breakfast, we got eggs made to order, fruits, youghurt, pancakes, bread, etc.and everything was super good.

Muy buen lugar para alojarse céntrico de la ciudad y el precio excelente, si lo que buscas es un lugar donde hospedarte para conocer puerto plata lo recomiendo.

Es un hotel muy hermoso, los dueños son unas personas increíblemente amables. Es muy limpio y organizado. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Unique original 1920's building filled with surprise antiques with modern conveniences. Quiet downtown location, fabulous staff, individual rooms each with their own character, an amazing little pool surrounded by orchids! A beautiful and surprise discovery - I am in love!

Amazing place to stay. Location is right downtown and walking distance to a few attractions and lots of restaurants. Breakfasts were great and filling; yoghurt, fruit, breads, cheese, egg dish, coffee and juice. Host was super nice and helpful. Great suggestions on places to eat, helped us get cabs, find a guide for a hike and even gave us a ride one day when it was raining. Rooms were very clean. No room safe but there was one in the office if needed. There is a small pool which was perfect for cooling down mid-day. So much better than staying on a resort.

Clean and super cute Victorian style hotel. I would have given this place 4-5 stars if the Owner had not made rude, racist comments about the people of the Dominican Republic. If he feels so superior to Dominicans then what is he doing in their country?

Our favorite place to stay in the country! Responsible and welcoming host couple and staff. Our host made terrific breakfast for us in the morning, on the terrace with a view. Room is clean, quiet, spacious, with high ceiling and exquisite European style. Thank you!

Gorgeous historic hotel, very quant! They offer breakfast at an extra cost and have a very sweet resident dog. Beautiful outdoor patio with a hot tub and friendly staff. On a quite street (on street parking) with a security guard.
