Food, service, and atmosphere were all unbelievable. Very friendly staff, big shout out to FELIX and SOLOMON, great guys for sure. They take care of you.

The only reason I did not give this a 5/5 is the room I was in. It was just a bit out-dated.

Again, that is my ONLY complaint about the whole trip. Had one of the best weeks of my life there. Was completely relaxed and did not have a worry in the world. Thank you Gran Ventana!

The resort is nice.food a bit salty.however the peddlers on the beach is annoying af.even when u sleeping they wake u to sell u something. Jacquie's special drink is amazing and a must try. Resort is clean and maintained well for a 3.5 star.drinks are watered down.

My first trip to Gran Ventana but not my last. Loved this small resort. Our room was close to the beach. The food in the buffet was tasty and changed often. The included Restaurants far surpassed our expectations. The only 2 star part of the resort was the buffet staff. They were not friendly, took quite a while to get our beverage each meal. They didn't seem to like their job but I think it might because of their manager who definitely was not friendly except with a few guests. We were all but ignored. However every other experience was great. Would recommend to anyone.

Definitely do not recommend this place! Front desk staff are awful! Rude & obnoxious! The rest of the staff has been amazing. Had to wait 3 hours in 90+ degree heat to get our room and we weren't the only ones. Buffet is sub par. Grounds are not as nice as in pictures. Lots of locals staying for the weekend. They are as bad as the front desk staff.rude, obnoxious. Will not be coming back here for sure!

First time staying at this resort and will definitely come back! Beautiful beach, good food, and a very professional staff. You can tell how hard they work to maintain the resort and keep it clean. Even with the all-inclusive, drinks were strong with plenty of signature cocktails to choose from. Activity-wise there were always games at the pool, a disco that is a 2 minute walk outside the resort, and a nightly show. The entertainment team was the best part! They made sure everyone was having a good time all day and participating. Randolph specifically was amazing! He really made my trip memorable. I would definitely come back to the Gran Ventana again. 5/5 stars - thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful resort, awesome beach and food was safe. There are mostly three levels to each area. Nice size resort. Didn't enjoy the activities much.

Buen resort con servicios para que la gente vuelva. Mi experiencia fue buena aunque un día casi entero faltó agua y lo único era bañarse con botella. La comida debo decir que fue la mejor sorpresa, variada y rica con personal dedicado a hacerte comida al momento. La playa está bastante bien aunque en otra zona son mejores. El personal muy amable y las camas cómodas.

Place and beach is great! Staff are friendly and fun to be around. However everything is extremely over priced. All the staff and the hotel itself always try to hustle you for money. The food is horrible and repetitive. It's good to go with family but my suggestion would be to refuse all their extra activities as they do it 60 x worth the money!:)

El mejor resort de pto. Plata con las mejores atenciones, los demás del area deberían pasar por este hotel para que sepan como se atiende un huesped. Voy a otros pero siempre voy al gran ventana.

This place has the best food I have at an all inclusive it quite awhile. The beach was great. Bit noisy on the weekends, but what the heck. Great overall value.

Many customers are repeat customers, myself included. Locally owned resort that's upgrading and reinventing in itself, not being milked by foreign ownership.

LOVELY. Rooms literally steps away from the beach! Service was always excellent. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Food freshness is just amazing and the place was so clean. Definitely coming back again and again!

It’s great hotel. People who working there are so nice and very helpful with everything. Food was good. Hotel look like very good with private nice beach. You can find a lot things to do there to enjoy your time. All resort was very safty. I hope I go back again soon.

Mi mejor experiencia en cuanto a hoteles, el hecho de ser económico, no afecta su servicio, (muy correcto y amable personal) muy buen menu, piscina siempre limpia, todo limpio, me encantó.

Nice place not too large.food was good for the DR. Hotel Staff very friendly and hard working. Rooms, Furniture and Bathrooms need updating. Beach is beautiful.great swimming
