Excellent Agent and Manager of all our properties. We started with one property in 2013. Built a 2nd property as a rental property to generate rental income to supplement our retirement income. We hired Saskia to decorate and manage it with her team of professional staff. She maintained and kept our property occupied with an 85%+ occupancy rate. So far, we purchased, fixed and sold eight additional properties with Saskia at the helm advising us and assisting us with the purchase and sale of these properties that generated great revenues and facilitated our capability to own several beachfront properties at one of the top-rated beach front condominiums in Sosua.
She sold three of our properties in the past 9 months for an excellent profit. Our bookings rate is quite high and the best part of this company, I don't have to deal with issues with the clients when there is a mechanical issue. I highly recommend them for rentals, purchases and sales of properties in the Sosua/Cabarete area. The Conti Real Estate and Property Management team is the best in the northern region of the Dominican Republic.

Casa Linda in Dominican Republic has hundreds of Villas, 3,4,5 & 6 bedrooms. They are subcontracted out to different companies who manage their care. One such company is Conti Real Estate, owned & run by Saskia & her husband. They maintain each villa as if it is a FIVE STAR HOTEL. Any & all issue which pop up are taken care of within just a couple of hours. They understand maintenance is a everyday thing even after hours. After all it's a house. So if ever in the Dominican Republic for a get away, looking for a safe community, a well maintained house. (fyi, these house range up to 4000 sq ft) look no further then the Conti Team at Cass L8nda.
