Samuel the front desk staff, so nice, he will give the best costumer service, I highly recommend it

I stayed here about 4-5 yrs ago with RCI and I felt at home, everyone there was so nice and helpful to me. I've looked on the resorts webpage but I no longer see them listed as one of the destinations to stay, would go back again to Costambar.

I stayed here from June 22-29.with other family members. We were all extremely disappointed in this place as our summer vacation spot.
Most of the time-no hot water. Bathe with cold water. Only one TV (32 inch). In a 2 bathroom suite and it was located on the living room. Difficult to see from the couch.
Air condition only worked when someone was in the room. When out, we returned to a hot room. Many ants in the kitchen. No grocery store near by to stock the kitchen. One restaurant on the premises with no other one close. The public beach was a 8 minute walk from the Villas Jazmin.
The door key wouldn't work from the outside when someone was in the room (maybe taking a nap or shower) because the double lock kept the air conditioning on. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
Wonderful staff but they were not responsible for the conditions.
The meals were very good. Only one cook and server present each day.
This place needs to close up.

So I was recently at the villa and I must say my villa was very beautiful and clean. Although I had a few issues. One issue was that the ac hardly work every minute I had to call the guy to check it out. There were so many ants in the kitchen on the table everytime I would wipe down the table they still came back. Another issue I had was the owner I don't quite remember her name had a nasty attitude with me and my husband because we had a few family members over and was playing dominoes by the pool and also said we was in the pool late hours. The owner seem like she dont like to rent to dominicans only tourist.my thing is your staff saw us playing dominoes the same day we checked in and we weren't loud they never said nothing I believe around that time you were on vacation. I will never come back to this villa

I found it, paradise! This RCI resort in Costambar allows off the street tourists to enjoy breakfast, Valentine Dinners pre-set menus, lunch buffets, dinners off the menu includg daily specials for n from only 225 pesos n a HUGE selection of cocktails, booze, wines, liqeuers n such - bartenders/servers Maria n Tito are the best - well done, I'll be back 4 nights in a row, so good!

Samuel Vasquez Is supurb as office manager and will be sure you have the best of service. I highly recommend this Villa and hope to return soon.

I enjoyed my time here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is quaint and though people were there it didn't feel over crowded.

A LIVING NIGHTMARE! Don't waste your money going here. You have to pay for the wifi that doesn't even work properly, you have to pay a cleaning fee for the rooms and the cleaning lady doesn't even clean it everyday. The meal plan is a waste but it is mandatory even if you don't eat the things on the menu. The room itself was full the bugs and lizzards. The staff the horrible throughout your stay and get worse as the time goes on. Only Victor one of the workers was genuinely nice and he should be running the place. The actual owners are disrespectful. Your things will get stolen also. Don't waste your time or money this was the worst vacation ever. The photo proves I'm telling the truth because that's me in the their pool.
