43 On m a vendu une maison avec un contrat en espagnol ou il y avait deux erreurs importantes alors que perdomo avait digilenter son notaire qui n a rien fait et riien vu.résultat à payer 36000 euros pour pouvoir annuler ce contrat délictueux et récupère la pleine possession de cette maison.
Il s agit à mon sens d une escroquerie en bande organisée.
I purchased a Villa Through Century 21 Juan Perdomo, It has been and continues to be the worst experience i've ever had when purchasing a home. From the agent I worked with to the lawyer they referred me to. Nothing but false misleading and dishonest tactics to make a sale and entrap you into twenty year maintenance contract by working with local seller and developers. I have been in court with them for over three years. I would avoid them completely
