We a room via HomeAway for what we felt was a decent price for a month-long 2/2 condo rental. The place is clean, well furnished and well maintained. There's 24hr armed security at this gated community, a pool, hot tub and plenty of room inside the gates for kids to run around and play (you certainly don't want small children playing near the streets in this town). This location is walking distance to a few supermarkets, local cocinas, and not very far from downtown Sousua. Sousua is a pretty famous for its beaches, but also for its abundance of 'women of the evening'. Blue Garden is a family oriented community, so no 'working girls' are allowed within the walls (according to the staff).

Very beautiful place quiet nice people, management is true to their word and helpful, is pet friendly and very safe. Need a little bit of supervision on the cleaning part like bed headboard and closet, towels smell old but over all very good place for families kids friendly I personally love this place I highly recommended.

Not a bad place but I think this should be more of an adults condo. Good accomodation, lovely place. I only dropped the one star for the kids.
