Very nice modern appartment. There is everything you need! Kitchen equipment, new plumbing, comfortable beds, internet, TV, quiet area, friendly neighbors, nice design. It's very easy and comfortable to be in contact with Rosemary! If I return to Puerto Plata i will definitely stay here again!

A great apartment. I've stayed here twice now with my wife and son.the apartment is very clean and tidy. Rosemery provides towels, soap, toilet paper, dishes, bedding and even water.there are dishes and cooking appliances as well as a nice fridge and stove.there is a.c. In the bedroom and also hot water for showers.there is also tv with netflix and other programs. Rosemery stays in contact to make sure our stay is good throughout.it's been great staying there and we will continue to stay there on future trips.it's a very good value at a low price.highly recommend staying here!

Great option for a relaxed stay. Very secured, clean and modern. Buolding has a beautiful view of mountains and the beach.

Me encontré muy a gusto en el apartamento en el me quede. Tenía en un 80% todo lo que necesitaba para pasar mis vacaciones tranquilas sin molestia de nadie, mi familia y amigos me podían visitar a cada hora sin que a nadie le molestará.
Reinaldo y Rosemarie siempre estaban atentos y cualquier problema me lo resolvía de inmediato.
Se puede recomendar.

My friend and I, rented this apartment believing that it was just a regular dwelling. We were so wrong. The apartment is beautiful! The roof top allows you to see the entire city and community. Gives you a splendid look of the mountains. And if your a romantic like myself, it shows the most wonderful sunrise you will ever see to imagine. Then their is the owner Rosemary. She and her partner were absolutely wonderful. They personally picked us up from the airport, which was 2: 30 am. And as we spoke, we learned the history of the land. The Do's and Don't's. On a different day, they drove us into the city and to the beaches, to show us around more. They were splendid! We will visit Dominican republic again and again, and you best believe, I will be calling Rosemary. Absolutely wonderful vacation!
