Andy es absolutamente increíble. ¡Si pudiera dar 10 estrellas, lo haría! Tuvimos un viaje personalizado a Monkey Junkey, que fue absolutamente increíble y cuando Andy nos escuchó hablar sobre probar cocos frescos, nos encontró un vendedor donde vimos cómo se abría para nosotros y comió la mejor agua/carne de coco que jamás hayamos probado. . Íbamos a hacer el tour VIP Paradise pero lamentablemente el clima no estuvo a nuestro favor. Andy siempre fue rápido enviándonos mensajes de texto todos los días para mantenernos actualizados. Y devolvimos nuestro dinero en el momento oportuno. ¡Sin duda volveremos a Sousa y definitivamente volveremos a ver a Andy! Gracias por todo nos vemos pronto!

Reservé 3 aventuras con Anddy Tours y me encantó. Experiencia VIP con cada aventura, frente a la fila y nuestros propios paparazzi. Los guías turísticos fueron increíbles y nos recogieron y nos dejaron en nuestro Air b&b o en la playa sin ningún problema.
Una experiencia totalmente única, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Hemos organizado una excursión. Nadie vino cuando los llamé. Dijo que lo siento. Se nos olvidó la cita.

¡NUNCA ALQUILE UN COCHE DESDE AQUÍ!

Los coches están en un estado de abandono absoluto. Arañazos por todas partes, abolladuras por todas partes, manijas de puertas rotas, ventanas rotas y asientos dañados y manchados.
No solo eso, cuando me entregaron el auto no arrancó porque la batería estaba descargada. Después de esperar 30 minutos, me entregaron un automóvil nuevo, pero al día siguiente sucedió exactamente lo mismo, y cuando pedí tener el automóvil por el período de tiempo adicional, esperé a que me proporcionaran un automóvil que funcionara, dijeron que yo tendría que pagar por un día extra!

He alquilado autos muchas veces y esta es, con mucho, la peor experiencia de alquiler de autos que he tenido.

El conductor vino a recogernos y tenía un problema con los cristales del coche y nos llevó de vuelta a un garaje durante 1h30 en lugar de llevarnos a la excursión. Realmente creo que tiene que ajustar su coche en otro momento que no sea durante el tiempo de la excursión que tenemos.pague 300 dolares
Y para la segunda excursión Lo esperé 1 hora y cuando llamé me dijeron lo siento, olvidamos programar la excursión, no es una agencia seria, no vengas aquí, perderás tu tiempo y dinero.

¡Esta fue una gran excursión, y nuestro guía turístico, Elvis, fue increíble! ¡Era muy agradable y divertido! ¡Definitivamente reservaremos nuestros tours con Anddy Tours en el futuro!

Don’t let them trick you about they providing food and taking pictures for you…the prices can be better too, otherwise the experience was great.

¡¡TENER CUIDADO! Es un estafador! No nos mostró todo lo que figura en el recorrido por la ciudad de Puerto Plata, el guía turístico nos apresuró, ¡el recorrido de 6 horas se completó en 3! No iba a salir de su oficina, después de que regresáramos, hasta que me devolviera algunos de los honorarios.

We had an awesome experience on our Dune buggy ride. We got to see a lot of the countryside and even visited a cave that we were given the opportunity to swim at. Our guide Franklin was funny and very informative of the rich historical background. The only reason we gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the website let us book for "Good Friday. " We went by the office on Thursday to make sure of the pick-up destination and was informed there were no tours given on the day we chose. We were offered a tour later that day, which was no problem, I only wish the website would not have allowed us to pick a day they were not going to be open. If we had not gone by there, I was unsure of how we would have been informed that the tour was not going to happen. Other than a small miscommunication, we truly enjoyed our experience. Thank you for sharing your culture with us and a very smooth experience! Highly Recommend Anddy Tours!

BEWARE! Booked in advance for the highlight of the trip, waited and called for an hour and kept telling us on the way. Finally after standing in rain gave up. Had to raise heck to get refund. NO NO NO no apologies or make it rights. Viator, trip advisor watch out!

Hired two mopeds and a car from Anddy. Great guy, and great sense of humour, we really enjoyed going in and doing business with him.

Hemos realizado la excursión vip de isla paraíso. La excursión ha ido bien, pero el almuerzo no se ha cumplido con la oferta VIP. No había pan, langosta, chuleta, vino, postre y café. En lugar de langosta han servido langostino, la chuleta por pollo, el café he forzado para que me lo pongan.

We did two tours with Andy, and Luis was our contact. He did an amazing job, making sure we got the rides and had everything we needed. Good job, Luis!
The first tour was a half day quad trip. Ready was our guide and took us through a rural area eat of Cabarette. I understand they usually use trails near Puerta Plata bit the bridge was out. I enjoyed this more since we got to see the "real Dominicana". We ended the tour at La Boca and went to Wilson's for some awesome fried fish.
The second tour was the all day snorkeling tour which left out of Sosua and ended in Puerta Plata. The snorkeling was great with excellent visibility, the food was fantastic. A high complement coming from a vegetarian. (The bar tender poured strong drinks!)

Great experience from working with Anddy to book the 27 Waterfalls tour, to Mariano who drove our family there and back, all was handled perfectly. Highly recommend.

We bought the watetfall tour. It could have been a nice experience with a 5 star review. When we were discussing the terms of the tour he Andy showed us some pictures and videos of the tour. I asked him if the photo taking is also included in the tour? And he said yes! He also said drinks like water, coke, bear will be included in the tour as well as the lunch.

There was no photo taking and no drinks except for water. When we brought it up after we came back, he claimed that he meant we can take our own phone with us and ask a person like a tour leader to take a photo of us! He also claimed that he had paid for the drinks to the tour leader. I mean why should someone make promises that soon enough will turn out wrong? ! He could have told us there is no photo included in the tour, but we can take our own phones to take photos. We would have taken the tour still, with the difference that we would have been much happier at the end of the day, instead of feeling someone was trying to get more money for non existing services! I really hate when people make false promises. Not to mention he said on the phone that he will come and meet us at the hotel (we talked to him on the phone after we came back), but he never showed up! An other lie!

They don't tell you they will charge 600 pesos extra for payment with card. That was the only place in Cabarete where I had to pay extra for paying with card. Besides that, the tour to the 27 waterfalls was very nice, but prepare for adventure! The lunch was amazing, with really good dominican food.

Un fraude total. 180.dollares.solo por llevar a una a samana.una comida horrible tuvimos que pagar silla de playa y comprar la bebida una cerveza 250 pesos hasta para quitarse la sal hay que pagar. Definitely. No lo recomendaria. Ahora entiendo se que atra y puntacana se le fue alante quieren ser muy ventajoso.

What a complete treat it was to meet Andy my first day on the beach.it is because of him that me and my friends had the most enjoyable vacation of a lifetime.his prices were reasonable.his commitment to us on enjoying each excursion we did was unbelievable.we did horseback riding which included a boat ride to a small restaurant where the food was authentic.fresh and delicious.that was day one.day two we went snorkeling where my two friends were not swimmers but the staff went in the water with them and taught them how to swim and snorkel with such patience.they also cooked dinner directly on the boat.the third event was the 25 foot jump from a waterfall.where they again were accompanied with trained individuals that gave them confidence to take on their fears.not only do I plan on using Andy in the future. I’ve provided his info to friends and family we were also able to share these moments because each excursion had photographers on hand to capture our memories. Thank you Andy for all you have done

Anddy is great! We took a trip to the watterfalls and cable car in Puerti Plata and we had an amazi.g time! It was well organized, adventureus, fun! Everybody, starting from Peter in the agency, drivers, guides and cooks were very helpful and proffessional Thank you fir a great service!

We took a catamaran snorkeling tour with Anddy Tours. The snorkeling wasn't any good. They took us to the middle of the ocean with food to feed the fish so they would come. Nothing to look at. Lunch was to be included.
Anddy told us that we would have fresh fruit, pork, chicken and a salad for lunch. All that we had were 4 hot dogs with no buns and chicken legs. We told Anddy this when we returned and he didn't say anything about it. I wouldn't recommend the tour. The boat was nice, though.
