STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. On February 11,2023 I had the worst experience of my life. Besides the terrible service at this place, the waiter assigned to us took the order in which I explained clearly that I am vegetarian, after keeping us waiting for 2 hours, when we were about to leave, he appeared with the "order" and put a plate full of shrimps, and very graphic and putrid smelling seafood arrangements in front of me, which left me In shock, I didn't know what to do I wanted to vomit or cry. We asked to speak with the manager and they brought us a lady from the kitchen, I know it because I asked her and she told me that the manager was "busy" and that we could only speak to her (regardless of the fact that she was just a cook). Nothing was solved, hence we left without dinner that night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, IT IS DISGUSTING. I will never return.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. El dia 11 de febrero del 2023 tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida. El servicio pésimo en este lugar. El mesero que nos atendió tomó la orden en la cual le explique muy claro que soy vegetariana, después de tenernos esperando 2 horas, justo cuando ya nos íbamos a ir, apareció con la "orden" y me puso al frente un plato lleno de camarones y un arreglo de comida de mar extremadamente gráfico y oloroso, lo cual me dejó en shock, no supe que hacer, si quería vomitar o llorar. Pedimos hablar con el administrador y nos trajeron una señora de la cocina, lo sé porque se lo pregunte y me dijo que el administrador estaba "ocupado" y que solo podíamos hablar con ella. Al final no nos solucionaron nada y nos fuimos sin cenar esa noche. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR, ES UN ASCO. Jamás volveré.

We loved this experience.the service is great, 5 stars for the pasta and cocktails, aa well as desserts and starters.its not 5 stars because the pizza is ok ans the Burrata is not very good.besides this, everything was great. I highly recommend.

Llegamos a cenar a las 20: 30 y solo en coger la comanda tardaron 30 min. Luego en traer la cena un montón en total salimos casi a las 23 de la noche. No merecio la pena tanta espera para la calidad de la comida

Excellent service, le personnel est très attentionné. Les assiettes sont bonnes et généreuses. Si vous commandez la pizza, il faut avoir faim, c'est une 15". Donc demandez en une plus petite, elle n'est pas mentionnée sur le menus, si vous ne pensez pas tout manger, pour éviter le gaspillage de nourriture.

Hemos repetido dos noches y todo lo que hemos probado estaba buenisimo. Pizza, pasta, ensalada de burrata y carpaccio. El coctel negrini tambien muy bueno

Sentí calor
El bartender de la entrada fue atento
El risoto no me gustó mucho, pero fue pasable la pizza con queso azul full salada pero provocaba comérsela de lo bien que se veía no pedí postre

En mi caso probé Risotto de calamares y estaba sabroso. Nada del otro mundo, pero plato recomendable.
En cuanto a la atención, la recepcionista muy amable, mocos también. Pero una de las mozas que atendía lo que era bebidas…no estaba con muchas ganas de trabajar.

Ir sin prisa, estábamos aquí a las 21.20 y nos vamos a las 23…. La pizza de bbq no la pidáis, y los postres mucho menos

Had a great meal here the other day. Pizza was very nice, although so huge I couldn’t eat it all!

Still here, 30 minutes for the first drink, 40 minutes for the appetizer, if we continue this trend I will have the main entree as breakfast tomorrow. Updated: the linguine is not linguine, but actually spaghetti. I'm not making a big deal about it as it tasted good. But for real, get some food at the sport bar or buffet before coming to this place. Is gonna take a while

Buena comida buenas atenciones, y creo lo mejor del Royalton con vista al mar y bebidas exquisitas.

Repetimos y nos quedamos con ganas de más, tremendo! Si vuelvo a viajar voy a comer ahí todos los días

Delicious Italian food! Out of all the restaurants in the resort, the service at this one seemed slow and clunky. But the food was certainly delicious.

The service was a little slow during our reservation at 9pm, but the food was amazing! I loved it!
