Cruz- Damasa is so far the best bartender I've met and I travel all over the world. Exceptional skills, amazing drinks and very professional approach. Every single drink is great. Cruz - Damasa is one of the most professional bartenders I have ever met.

Chris at the lower lobby bar is so much fun. Definitely visit him and the crew there before and after dinner!

Great buffet, large variety of food, always fresh and delicious. The servers were friendly and hardworking, Brendy who served our table on several occasions was very kind, affable, helpful, and courteous and provided us with an excellent dinning experience.

The service is amazing here! The Bar is phenomenal at the Steak House! The bartenders Jokabel and Christian are excellent!

Beautiful hotel, clean, beach is fantastic, food is great. The buffet by the beach was my favorite cause of the view. Washrooms in the rooms can use updating. Also they need to play more local music to enjoy the ambiance of the place.

Terrible food. Boring experience. If you’ve vacationed any other way, and a variety of QUALITY food and activities is important to you, this is NOT the route to take.

There were limited activities at the resort (arm wrestling, and shows at 9: 30 only), zero excursions for families with babies under a certain age, and terrible food. Did I mention that the food was awful? Breakfast lunch and dinner- all bad. We went to the “restaurants” and received food that appeared to have been prepped hours before we arrived (eg the nachos at the Hispanic restaurant had black beans that had leaked all juice, and lithe juice dried in chips turning parts of chips black, and the nacho cheese was all dried up. We also had to ask 4 different people for extra salsa). Steaks were old. Surf and turf: “lobster tail” had a lime wedged in a portion of the tail that had no meat for some reason.

We’ve cruised many, many times before and will DEFINITELY go back to cruising when our son reaches 6 months and is able to cruise with us. The all around cruise experience FAR EXCEEDS this all-inclusive. No questions.

Very accommodating and friendly staff, very clean and food was better then last time was here (and was good then), beach is amazing, booze all top shelf.
