Servicio increíble, muy puntual y excelente comunicación asegurándose de los mejores detalles. Conductores corteses y furgonetas espaciosas. Alquilamos para 10 personas con 10 maletas grandes y 4 bolsos de mano pequeños. Paseo muy cómodo. Todas las comunicaciones vía chat y llamadas de WhatsApp.

Excelente comunicación y conductores súper amigables. Hicieron que nuestro transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto fuera 100% libre de estrés.

Queríamos un taxi privado en el aeropuerto de Punta Cana con servicio directo puerta a puerta, ya que de esta manera podríamos evitar los 2 o 3 viajes en autobús donde lo dejan según la proximidad a su hotel. Encontramos a Diamond basándonos en algunas reseñas de You Tube y Viator. Nos alojamos en Playa Bávaro, que estaba a unos 20 minutos en coche. Tuvimos a John Luis cuando llegamos y a Elvin cuando nos fuimos y ambos muchachos fueron perfectos. Sin embargo, no había agua fría porque teníamos sed. Todavía les damos propina porque sabemos que trabajan duro por un salario mínimo.

La única razón por la que no le di 5 estrellas es que hubo cierta confusión cuando llegamos, ya que mi teléfono recibía una llamada de Whats App y una notificación de alguien que ni siquiera conocía pero que decía que tenía mi reserva de taxi. Lo que es extraño es que el día anterior le envié un mensaje de texto a Michel para informarle sobre el vuelo y la llegada para que estuviera listo. Al salir de la terminal, muchas personas y personas gritan taxi, etc.

Los volvería a tomar si vuelvo a Punta Cana.

Mi marido y yo reservamos transporte de ida y vuelta (aeropuerto-resort viceversa). A nuestra llegada, nuestra persona de contacto ya estaba en el lugar de recogida, pero el coche no está allí. Nuestra persona de contacto nos preguntó si queríamos excursiones durante nuestra estancia pero mi marido y yo no estamos interesados. Pensé que tenían bebidas de bienvenida como las que vi en algún video de YouTube. Mi esposo y yo esperamos 30 minutos o más para que llegara nuestro auto. El conductor es muy amable y nos contó algunos lugares que vale la pena visitar. Para nuestra partida, Elvin fue nuestro conductor. Llegó temprano al resort, lo cual es genial. Nos saludó con una sonrisa de bienvenida. Fue un viaje tranquilo hasta el aeropuerto.

Excelente servicio de principio a fin, fueron rápidos en recogernos desde y hacia el aeropuerto, nuestro conductor David fue muy agradable y nuestro anfitrión Antonio Café fue muy servicial y servicial. Serán mi compañía a la que acudir en mis próximas visitas.

Del aeropuerto:
Fácil de ubicar el servicio de conductor al salir del aeropuerto, la tripulación tenía un cartel con nuestro nombre y después de una breve espera estábamos en camino al hotel. El conductor proporcionó agua en nuestro hotel de paseo. El viaje fue fluido y eficiente, ~ 35 minutos.

Regreso al aeropuerto:
Recibimos un mensaje de texto de confirmación el día anterior a nuestra salida para confirmar nuestro vuelo, hotel y hora de recogida.

El conductor llegó temprano, fue amable y simpático. Se ofreció a reproducir música de nuestra elección, entregada de manera rápida y sin problemas al aeropuerto PUJ con tiempo suficiente para los procedimientos de registro en el aeropuerto.

Definitivamente recomendaría reservar con anticipación con Diamond.

I definitely recommend using Diamond if travelling to Punta Cana, especially with kids.
They have an online booking portal in which you can see yoyr reservations, request child seats, etc.
They have a sign with your name for quick pick up at airport.
Drivers are very nice and friendly.
They confirm all reservations and Edward did a great job making changes when my flight was rescheduled.
They call to confirm your pick up and I'm really pleased with such an efficient and safe service.
Thanks to Edward for helping me with some confusion with pick up from another company and for being so professional.
Use them when travelling to dominican.

Update: After requesting my money back, they called me and told me that they would give me it back ONLY if I delete this review. So as you can see my review still stands - didn't care about the money after seeing what kind of company this is. Avoid!

Not safe for families - reserved a booster at booking and when they arrived for airport pick up, no booster. They said they would find one, then brought a baby car seat for My 6 year old to sit in. After stating this would not work, they told me he would be fine without one, he is a big boy. At this point I had no choice but to risk it.

On the return (which was already booked and paid for, otherwise I would have gone with someone else) I made sure there was a booster and requested proper across shoulder seat belts to support a booster. That was ignored and a van arrived with only lap belts nothing for shoulder. Would not recommend.

They’re running a scam. You will book a return, they will pick you up, but when you’re a hour from pickup to return to the airport for your flight, they’ll call you to say you “only paid for one-way”. You’ll send them proof via your screenshot of when you booked. They’ll tell you they have a system error. They will not stand by their price. We paid $180USD to get from POP (Puerto Plata) to Cabrera RETURN. In the end, one hour to scheduled pickup, they would only pick up for another 8000DOP ($140 USD). We ended up calling a taxi for 6000DOP ($100usd).

If you read the reviews you’ll see I’m not the first. They count on you being so desperate you will pay it. The couple traveling with us booked a one-way trip to their departure of Samana and we’re told they couldn’t honor the price on THEIR WEBSITE and wanted more money. We were at the same house and it happened to us both. They KNOW THEIR PRICES ARE LOWER and so they get people to book, only to get more money from them later. Be forewarned.

I had high expectations for this company given the great reviews. The communication with them was great, upon making the reservation I was contacted immediately to confirm. They reached out the day prior to confirm our arrival time. Wendy messaged me and was very nice throughout the whole time and welcomed us at the airport. We rode with the driver and two other employees. They were talking amongst themselves for the most part instead of speaking with us which we did not like. One of the employees was very nice and gave my daughter his phone so she could watch YouTube on the way to the hotel since she was fussing. There were no issues at drop off. Wendy kept reaching out to us during our stay and was kinda pushy to book excursions with her. We stopped responding. The day prior to our departure we reached out to confirm the time for pick up…9 am. At 8: 53 am they messaged that there were some issues and would be 15-20 minutes late. The driver arrived 30 minutes late and we were not happy at all. Joel was very nice and explained there was another driver that was supposed to pick us up but he couldn’t …no explanation as to why. Joel was also very attentive to our children and gave my daughter his phone to keep her entertained. Joel was training someone for the job. I couldn’t remember his name but he was very professional just very quiet.

Update: the company reached out to finally apologize for being late…mind you they never apologized to begin with until I posted a review. They offered me a refund of my return airport transfer …ONLY after I provided proof of deleting my review. What a joke! That clearly explains why it had so many good reviews on trip advisor. You are bribing your customers. Not me…the review stays.

Very good car service. No regrets. It was a little difficult to find the car when we got to the airport but that was the case for all the taxis around. It was probably two steps more difficult than I would have liked but after a long flight landing in a hot climate, I was not at my most patient. The ride there and back was quick, smooth and safe. No problems with the actual services rendered.

When you book on their website you have the option to have a couple of cold beers and bottles of water in the car when they pick you up at the airport. DO IT. Handing my boyfriend a cold beer once we were in the private, air conditioned car really reset our day. We were both able to just sit down, relax, and take in the moment. Rinse off the travel stress a little bit:)

First, the driver was 25 min late. Which wouldnt have been terrible but we had 4 children with us. Then we were introduced to a scam artist named Natalie. Please do not buy excursions off 3rd party places. They will lie and scam you.after handing over $840 for 2 excursions, the girl was fired for stealing from the company. Then a fraud person acting as if they worked for diamond took us on the excursion which was awful and not VIP.then the 2nd excursion we canceled and were only refunded $225.now i know this isnt technically diamonds fault but they need to watch who they hire. I wished I had not booked diamond because I would have never been introduced to natalie the con artist!

Diamond transfer services had incorrect prices listed when making a booking. They contacted me after I had paid and told me that it would actually cost over double what I had paid if I want that service.
I had then asked for a refund, they told me sure. A week goes by and they still have not initiated the refund via PayPal. I message them back via Whatsapp asking what's going on and they do not respond. I messaged them a few more times after that, still no response. It shows that they have seen my message too and just choose not to respond. Seems like a scam.

I wouldn’t trust the recent reviews for this company and I wish I knew it was a trap. Worst experience ever, they have provided a van in very bad condition, no seat belts, and the van barely made the journey to the hotel. The driver insisted it was “safe”, but clearly wasn’t, it was risky and very regrettable experience. Ask your hotel if they offer transfer services first, if not, perhaps any company that is not this one would do better.

I had a great experience! I booked a few months ahead. Verified a few days ahead and they were waiting at the airport. We even stopped for coffee, their treat! Then going home, arrived about 5 minutes late (nbd because we were in communication the whole time). Both of my drivers were friendly and even pointed out other resorts and areas of interest. Highly recommend

I recommend this 100%. They are very punctual and the drivers Yeilin and Estanael they was very kind and friendly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We booked an airport transfer for our departure from DR and the driver never showed up. We phoned multiple times to find out where the driver was, to be told a different story each time (driver is dropping other customers off first then will be on his way / driver had been there at the hotel all along - which was not the case as there is only one hotel reception you can collect guests from). We nearly missed our flight if it hadn't been for out hotel managing to source a last minute alternative - Diamond Transportation wanted us to wait another 20 minutes on top of the 25 minutes we had already waiting for them to send a new driver.

We asked for a full refund which they agreed to but was never received, so i took it up with PayPal who reviewed the evidence and confirmed it was fraudulent activity. We spoke with the hotel staff and they said this is a very common scam unfortunately. My advise would be to book a taxi through your hotel as they will recommend reputable service providers. Please don't make the same mistake we did, you could miss your flight and apparently it does happen: (
